Since breakfast na namin dito, napagusapan namin nila tita ang mga plano for the upcoming wedding. Pero bakit may kakaiba akong nararamdaman? Is it cold feet? Bakit nagdadalawang isip ako ngayon kung papakasalan ko ba si azusa? What is this feeling?

"Hija, are you fine? You don't look well" tanong sa akin ng mommy ni azusa

"Yes tita. I am fine. Just feeling anxious"

"Hay nako ganyan din ang naramdaman ko dati hija. I do think that it is fine, though are you sure that you are ready to tie the knot with Azusa?"

"Huh? Di ko po gets tita"

"Not that I am doubting your feelings for azusa. But I can see it in your eyes dear, nagdadalawang isip ka. If you are planning to choose someone else, it is fine by me. Though, I think malulungkot si Azusa. But if 'yun ang decision mo Ashlyn, you can assure that our family will accept your decision" paliwanag ni tita

"Tita..salamat po!" Sabi ko tapos bow

"Don't worry it is fine. By the way, narinig kong aalis ka daw? Don't you think it is time for you to go? 9 am na dear" dagdag ni tita

Teka, paano nalaman ni tita na aalis ako ngayon?!

"Ah e...tita..paano niyo po-" hindi ko na naituloy ang sasabihin ko dahil sumagot si agad si tita

"I don't mean to eavesdrop dear, narinig ko kasi ang paguusap niyo ni lori kagabi" sagot ni tita

"May paguusapan lang po kami tita. Sige po, aalis na po ako. Pakisabi na lang po kay Azusa" sabi ko sabay alis ng mansion

I didn't mean to eavesdrop pero narinig ko ang paguusap nila mama at Ashlyn. I didn't know that Ashlyn is reconsidering our marriage. So, si Lori ang other choice niya?

"Azusa, I know you are here" tawag sa akin ni mama. Wala talaga akong kawala kay mama. She knows everything

"What is it?" Tanong ko

"Anong 'what is it' ka diyan? I knew that you were listening. So,what will be your decision if Ashlyn chooses Lori? Will you let her go?"

"If doon masaya si Ashlyn then I have no choice. I only want Ashlyn to be happy. Hindi niyo po ako pinakalaking sakim sa pag-ibig. I will let Ashlyn go as long as she will be happy" sagot ko

"You know, you have changed a lot, my dear. Ashlyn is a lucky girl. Two good man are vying for her attention. I am so proud of you dear" sabi ni mama

If Ashlyn chooses Lori, I will let her go, if that is what makes Ashlyn happy

Nakarating ako sa cafè na kung saan kami maguusap ni Lori. Teka, ano nga bang paguusapan namin? I instantly saw Lori at the farthest table sa area kaya nagpunta na ako doon. Lori looked up when he saw me.

"Ashlyn, have a seat. I order the usual for you" sabi ni Lori pagkaupo ko

"So, anong paguusapan natin?" Tanong ko

"Lori...matagal na kitang pinatawad but please...." hindi ko na maituloy yung sinasabi ko dahil naiiyak na talaga ako

"Ashlyn, Azusa is the luckiest man I will ever met if you chooses to be with him..pero Ashlyn, wala na ba talaga akong pwesto sa buhay mo? Wala na ba talaga?"

"Lori...please stop this" at this point natulo na luha ko

"Please answer me....wala na ba talaga, Ashlyn?"

"Lori..."

"Ashlyn, please, kahit katiting wala na ba?"

"I don't know Lori...pati ako naguguluhan rin" mahinang sabi ko sa aking sarili

I really don't know. Hindi ko na talaga alam ang dapat kong isagot.
