Dumeretso agad kami sa hospital after ng call. When we arrived, tinanong ko kung nasaan si kuya. When I get near the ICU, tinanong ko agad yung doctor na kakalabas lang.

"Doc, ako po yung kapatid nung patient na nasa ICU. Ashlyn po"

"Hi, ms. Ashlyn. I am doctor Xavier"

"How is my kuya? "

"He received a major degree in the accident. Tumama ang ulo niya sa headboard ng kotse and nagkaroon siya ng internal brain damage. Right now, his condition is not stable. There is a 50-50 chance in his life. But rest assured, we will do everything we can do save him"

"Thanks doc"

"Welcome"

Pagkatapos nun ay umalis na yung doctor. Saba nga ba yung sinabi ni diana? Is it really worth enough to trust diana?

2 weeks later.........

Nandito pa rin ako sa hospital binabantayan ang kalusugan ni kuya. Nagsasalit-salitan kami ni Ms. Marie, one of our maids,  sa pagbabantay kay kuya. Pabalik na ako sa bahay ng may tumawag sa phone ko

"Hello?"

"Ashlyn? This is Robles, may time ka ba ngayon? " she asked

"Para ano? Masasayang lang ang laway ko to talk to people like you"

"Please ashlyn" pagsusumao niya

"Fine! Meet me at the coffee shop near sa dating school"

"Thank you so much!"

I arrived at the coffee shop eight minutes after I ended the call. Pagkarating ko, wala pa si robles. Tsk! Late! Tatawag-tawag siya tapos siya pa itong late. Pshh!

Halos mauubos ko na yung chocolate frappè na inorder ko nang dumating si robles. Grabe ha! Ang aga niya! Agad niya akong hinanap sa coffee shop and when she spotted me, she walked towards me.

"Fourty-eight minutes and 50 seconds kang late. My time is precious so don't waste it" sabat ko kay robles

"Sorry for that. Oh, wait, order lang ako. Do yoy want anything, my treat" sabi ni robles

"Just hurry up"

After a minute, robles returned to the table.

"First off, how's Japan? I heard, ikaw ang heiress ng Akatsuki empire"

"Okay naman sa Japan walang taong peke, like you and the rest of the 7P"

Robles remained silent after I said that. We could hear the sound of book pages from the people around us. We stayed silent for almost 7 minutes

"I'm sorry Ashlyn. I really am. I'm sorry for the things that I had done to you before. I hope you can forgive me"

"Well, you're many years late. You're my bestfriend at that time robles, how can you just stand on the corner while Diana do something wrong to me? You are like my sister and yet, you ditch me for that witch? Some friend you are"

"Please Ashlyn, let me explain"

"If you'll say that I should forgive you, then you are assuming. Right now, isn't the right time to forgive people like you who betrayed me. Just not now, I have to go"

"Ashlyn wait! " robles grabbed me by my arm

"You have to listen to me, Lori is not doing well, their company is going to be bankrupt, and so do our company. Please help us" robles begged

I slapped her really hard. That people inside the cafè turn to look at us.

"How dare you commanded me on what to do?! To hell I care if your company is going to be bankrupt. As if I care! Karma niyo na yan! Manigas kayo! Ang kapal rin ng mukha mo,  ano? Bahala kayo mamulubi!"

With that, I left the cafè, with tears streaming down on my cheeks.

Days after the cafè scene incident, I went to check on kuya. Okay naman daw siya sabi ng doctor. His condition were now more stable than before.

Azusa came to visit me while nasa hospital ako. He took care of the company while kuya and I are on time out. I also told azusa what had happened between me and robles

"I get your point Ashlyn, but I think you went to far"

"You think? She deserves it anyway"

"Still, she is your former friend. I know you still have your hatred towards them, but I hope you can forgive them. Maybe not now or tomorrow, but I know someday you can forgive them"

After that, umalis na si azusa. I really am thankful to have azusa by my side.
