JUNGKOOK'S POV

Feeling agitated, I waited until it was midnight, knowing that Jongin probably fell asleep due to his drunkeness. As soon as the clock strikes at twelve I stood up from my bed and walked out of my room.

My steps softly coming in contact against the floor, but I was fast enough to make it immediately infront of her room.

Feeling hesitant, I took a deep breath and collected my thoughts, not knowing what to witness once I opened the close door. I reached for the doorknob and opened it, my hand covered my mouth in shock as I saw the horrifying state she was in.

I ran up to her bed, not forgetting to close the door behind me, locking it in the process. My eyes stung as tears filled my eyes. I never wanted this.

Her body is laid down on the bed, barely having no clothes on. Her bed is stained with her own blood as they trailed down from her wounds, she's unconscious but thankfully she's still breathing. But her breaths were shallow. I held her hand and gripped it firmly.

"(Y/n)? H-Hey I'm h-here now. Wake up jebal." I begged, but I gained no response.

I frantically stood up and opened the cabinets and pulled out some small towel. I ran into the bathroom and soaked the towel with water, before running back to clean her wounds. I gently dabbed the towel on her wounds, careful not to hurt her even further. Not being able to fight against the tears that have been filling my eyes, it freely flowed down on my face while cleaning her up.

"I-I'm r-really s-s--sorry... I didn't m-mean for any of t-this to happen." I whimpered. The moment I dabbed the towel on the wound on her cheek, she began to stir in her sleep. My eyes widened and I quickly held her face in my hands, slowly her eyes began to flutter open. When she finally gained consciousness, her eyes met mine yet it didn't show anything. She seemed lifeless, dead even.

"You're going to be okay! I'm here now." I told her, but her eyes stayed fixated on mine, looking lost. All the brightness that showed her face when we became friends never came into the surface at this moment as she looked at me with those eyes. She didn't say anything or showed any emotion. My heart clenched at the sight. I knew in my heart why she's like this. He broke her.

"I-I'm so sorry for watching you suffer and not do anything. I just don't know what to do, he have me grasped in his fingertips. But now I know I did wrong. Please forgive me (Y/n), I never wanted to hurt you. Please believe me." I sobbed. Suddenly she placed her hands on top of mine and grasped it. Just when I thought she forgave me,  everything crashed down when she slowly pulled my hand away from her face then completely let go of them. Her eyes glimmered in the dark room, the only thing that serves as light to her form was the moon that glowed, brightness entering the room through the window near her bed.

And for the last moment she looked at me, her tears fell down from her eyes. She then turned her head away from me, and looked at the window with her tears shining like crystals under the moonlight.

It hurt, knowing that she doesn't believe in me,knowing that she had already given up. But I knew she is hurting more than what I feel right now. She don't deserve this, she never will.

I returned to cleaning her wounds, thankfully enough she let me do it without resisting. I retrieved some comfortable clothes from her cabinet and changed her ripped of clothes. My eyebrows furrowed and my eyes felt like it ablaze with fire as I saw her bruised and wounded up body. She still didn't resist, I think she do not care anymore if anyone saw her naked, she completely just let me clothed her up. It hurts to see her like this, like she already gave up on life.
