Learning To Hear The Wind

   I woke up on Alvis back as she was walking through the Dune she had the water bucket tied around her by a vine the wind was blowing sand all through her fur I tried to look up but the wind was blowing around to much sand, I quickly fell back to sleep.

   When I woke up I was laying in the grass with Alvis tail wrapped around me I stood up to look around, I was careful while doing so that way I wouldn't wake.

   When I woke up she was gone, I looked all around but she was nowhere to be seen on the ground I saw words, I didn't know how to read well but I knew the words that were there, "When you truly hear you will find me" were the words that were there. I thought about it and remember it was probably just another test like the last one to teach me to use my wolf senses so I sat on the grass feeling the hot sun hit my face and waited to hear something but the only thing I could hear was the crickets that were nearby, I just couldn't quiet my mind enough to hear anything.

   As time moved on all I managed to be able to hear was the sound of the wind and the sound of the bugs in the grass, after awhile I gave up and started to roll in the warm grass and chase around some butterflies but no matter how much I played and distracted myself from the task I could stop but think about how much I missed Alvis, I finally had enough of it and screamed out loud "Alvis Where are you!!!!!", I fell to my knees and started to cry, and blacked out again.

  I woke up in the forest again, "Is this the same dream?" I asked while standing up and looking at my surroundings, then the same black and white wolf from before walked appeared and sat in front of me "so you keep giving up" the wolf said while looking away from me, "I'm just a kid and Alvis Keeps giving me such hard tasks, and I just don't know what to do" I said while wiping tears away from my tired eyes. he stood up and looked at me "well giving up does not end wars" he started to circle me "if you want to get better you must clear your mind better and focus harder and the same time...you have to know what you want to do to get something done" he said with a stern voice and hard look on his face. he walked away and disappeared and I started to think about what he said, so all I needed to do was clear my mind and focus harder.
