Personality: Straight forward, strong, self centered, narcissistic, and hot headed
Backstory: Avidius was born in a small village called Kucharo, found in the deepest dip of one of the many valleys found in the biggest cluster of mountains in the continent- that they knew of, anyways. Many monsters roamed this prey-rich valley, so they needed many warriors to battle them when they strayed too close. The village also had extra protection from a giant golden dragon named Chrysaféníos, who was ancient and held power beyond imagination. This power was called Spitfire. Avidius started training, through his own will, at age 6, After he had watched his father battle a ferocious beast to defend his mother. He grew into a strong and powerful one, at that. But this lead to fame, which lead to him becoming self centered and selfish, with all the attention he received. Thinking that he was not strong enough, he thought of various ways he could strengthen himself, When the thought came to mind— he would steal the Spitfire from Chrysaféníos. He traveled up the mountain in an awesome journey to challenge the golden dragon. Once he got to the top, he fought Chrysaféníos, murdered him, and stole the Spitfire. But, it didn't turn out like he had hoped. The Spitfire was meant for dragons, and it was too powerful for his human body, so it left him greatly deformed- the power literally breaking his bones into the partial shape of a serpent. In pain and terrified of his village chief's punishment, he ran away, away from the mountains to a wood as vast of the sea. There, he hid in refuge, and in constant change and pain. Then, a wandering traveler came by, happening to be a wizard (that's the boyfriend-for-hire) and he keeps the wizard around to help him decipher the magic books for controlling the Spitfire. Nekakdkwkkdkskwknd stuff happens, they fall in love, aksjkskw then Chrysaféníos's brother, Fienótera, learns of his brother's death, and rounds up an army to take out Avidius for good.
