Chapter Ten

(Mikey's POV)

We were leaving the studio, and I was pumped. We had a great recording session, all my vocals turned out great. "So, boys..." Layla started, smiling at us in the rearview mirror. "What weirdo?" Jason asked, making us all laugh. "I have a surprise." She smiled, stopping at the red light. "OOOHH WHAT IS IT?!" Madison asked, bouncing up and down in his seat. "Somebody poured too much sugar on his coco puffs this morning..." I mumbled, making Layla laugh. "You'll find out soon. I'm meeting with the coordinator soon..." "COORDINATOR?! YOU BOOKED US ANOTHER PARTY!!!" Jason freaked out. She laughed, and started driving again. "Surprise! But it's not really a party..." "What do you mean?" Madison asked, obviously confused. "It's a fashion show.." Layla stopped the car, and smirked at me. I looked at her, flabbergasted. "You're not saying..." "Oh, but I am. Gabrielle's mom asked to book you for the fashion show this morning." Layla smiled, opening the doors. We all got out of the car, running to Layla's side and crushing her in a group hug. "When is it?! Will I get to hang out with Gabrielle while I'm there?! WILL THERE BE FOOD?!" We all started shouting questions at Layla, making her laugh. "Calm down boys, it's not even official yet.. Me and her mom need to talk it out." "LAYLA CAN WE COME WITH YOU?!" I begged. "Sorry kiddo, this is strictly business. Don't worry, I'll let Gabrielle know you said hi." She smiled, ruffing my hair. I pouted, and fixed my somewhat spiky hair in one of the windows on Layla's car. I couldn't believe it. I get to see Gabrielle again! We all walked inside the resturant, only to come face to face with fans. I smiled and started taking pictures with them, as did the other boys. I haven't beeen this happy in awhile. Everything is going perfect...
