What If? (Negan) (COMPLETED)

Surprise

As usual, time at the Sanctuary seemed to drag by...

But I was finally dictating it as my home. I couldn't imagine myself anywhere else....

As I swept up the remnants in the kitchen, a sudden wave of sickness washed over me.

I dropped the broom on the floor, starting to feel nauseated.

"You okay?" Amber, one of the cooks asks, walking over to me.

"Uh...y-yeah. I'm just not feeling too well..." I say beginning to make my way out of the kitchen.

I walk up the stairs to our bedroom, and sit down for a moment.

"Hey, dollface...." Negan says, emerging from the closet. 

"Hey..." I mumble, not really in the mood for talking.

"Back so soon? I thought you were on kitchen duty this morning..."

"Yeah, I am. I'm just not feeling well. I had to take a little break..."

"Not feeling well? What's wrong?"

Before I can even conjure up the words to reply, I run to the bathroom and puke.

"You okay in there?" He asks, poking his head in the doorway.

"I'm totally fine..." I reply sarcastically, before puking once more.

I sit on the floor, pulling my hair out of my face.

Then, things finally hit me.

Number one, my period is quite late.

Number two, I've been having these strange aches and pains.

Shit.

My eyes widen in pure shock. I run out of the room and straight to the infirmary.

The doctor looks at me questioningly, but I don't care.

I start rummaging through the cabinets, desperate to find something.

"Angie, what's wrong? What are you doing?" He asks, but I keep looking.

I finally find what I'm looking for, and I run to the nearest bathroom.

I lock myself in a stall and stare down at the item in my hands; a pregnancy test.

I do as the instructions say, and I sit there, waiting.

God, I don't want to become a mother....or do I?

I don't know what I want!

What if I'm a horrible mother? What if I can't do this?

Slowly but surely, my suspicions become true.

Two thin red lines appear on the tiny plastic screen.

Tears begin to well up in my eyes.

I am pregnant....
