Today was my first day at the record store. I had seen it before and it was a pretty cool place. I decided to walk to work as it seemed like a warm day. As I got into the store I greeted my manager Andrew and started to work my shift of 10-4.
The day seemed to drag on a bit, that was until around 2 when a extremely tall boy with blonde hair and blue eyes shot a perfect smile my way. My god he was gorgeous. I quickly shut my mouth before I started drooling and regained my composure.
"hi, welcome to Square Records! How may I help you?"
The guy cocked an eyebrow at me, as if to say 'you're not really this cheery are you?'
"uh yeah, I was wondering if you had the 1975 album yet?"
"You like the 1975?" He simply nodded his head and smiled.
"Their like my favourite band! Anyway their just over here."
I lead him near the back of the store where we talked all the way there. Right in the stand was a pair of headphones.
"So what's you're favourite song?" he asked.
"It's gotta be Settle Down for me, what about you?"
"Actually, that's my favourite aswell" he said chuckling.
"Shall we?" I asked pointing a headphone his way.
"Sure why not?" he replied. We sat down on the floor with our legs stretched out in front of us.
"I never asked your name, you know" he told me
"My names Eloise Radley." I stuck my hand out towards him
"Luke Hemmings" He replied smiling,
after taking my hand and shaking it.
