Day 10

It has been a couple of days since I went over to Luke's house. He texted me the next day asking if I was okay, and I replied that it wasn't him and I was just tired. Of course if don't expect him to believe my terrible lie, but what else can I do? It is way to soon to tell him anything, and after that freak out I doubt he wants to see me again.

It was Monday morning which means I actually had to go to work. I had spent the whole weekend at my apartment not doing anything apart from sleeping or lying in front of the TV. I'm a very lazy person I know.

I got myself ready, grabbed my bag and headed for the door. I arrived at work and just as I was about to get out the car I got a text from Luke.

* Hey, I was wondering if you wanted to have lunch with me today? I can pick you up as your lunch break starts? *

I had no idea why Luke was texting me, I'm pretty sure he could be doing much better things with his time than seeing me. It didn't take me long to realise that I did actually want to go and have lunch with Luke. I quickly replied

* Sure sounds great! See you later :) *

I got out of my car and went into the store to start my shift.
