Chapter 4

"Scarlet! Scarlet ! " Liberty woke me up.

"Yeah."

I noticed that my whole body was covered in sweat and so I went to the bathroom to wash my face with ice cold water and tied my strawberry blonde and long hair in a loose bun.

"Lib I'm alright. It was just a stupid nightmare."

"You were screaming so that pretty much scared me."

Reagan kept on staring at me without saying anything. Then we went back to bed as it was 3 am and woke up at 10 in the morning. I dressed myself in a peach polo T-shirt and blue denim shorts along with a pair of flip flops and my all time pendant which had once belonged to my great great great grandmother.

"So what do we do now ? " I asked liberty.

"We already missed breakfast so first let's go grab something to eat and then explore the campus . "

The campus was huge and consisted of a Victorian styled castle where all the classes were conducted as well as the dorms were located. There were football and soccer fields and tennis and basketball courts. There was also a lush green garden where a fountain gave it an enchanting look. But what stood out the most was a building about 5 floors tall. It stood out because it was gray and well ... boring.

"So Scarlet I was thinking about what we were told yesterday and I am kind of freaked out." Said liberty as we sat down in the garden.

"So am I. I mean this is not what we signed up for. But this is what we have to do and we might as well go with it. And I guess the way they made it sound so scary it was just to terrify us. Its going to be easy." I assured her.

"Well I certainly hope so."

We then talked about our lives before we came here and I found out that in so many ways liberty was similar to me but in the same number of ways she was different from me.

"Look Clovis is coming towards us."

"Argh" I groaned.

I really was not in a mood to talk to him. But truly, he was coming towards us.

"Hey." said Clovis.

"Hey." we said in unison.

"I'm sorry about the way I behaved yesterday. I was not being myself."

"It's okay." said Liberty.

I didn't utter a word but continued to look at him. His gaze weatherd from me to Lib and then back to me.

"So umm Scarlet I need to talk to you about something. So you game for lunch?"

"What do you want to talk about?", I said annoyed.

"Just something."

"Fine. Meet you at 2."

"Alright then."

"Ooh la la seems like someone's got an admirer." teased Lib.

"Nah. I don't think so. Plus Really extragravently annoying is not my type."

"But he looks sooo good."

I rolled my eyes and said, "Looks are not the only thing that matter."

"Yeah yeah "

We then decided to go to the library as we both were extremely fond of reading. I picked up Diary of A Young Girl, which frankly is the only classic which I can read without falling asleep. 

I meet Clovis at exactly 2 and picked up some Salad and Juice for lunch. 

"So what do you want to talk to me about, Mr. I'm a snobandarrogantpersonwhochangesbehaviourlikeachameleon. ?"
