Chapter Five
The rest of the ride was full of meaningless chatter till we got to Percy’s house. Percy meets us outside with Taylor Hale and Liam Anderson.
“Well hey everyone,” Percy greets us.
“Sup”
“Hey’
“Hi”
Were said throughout our group.
“Are you guys going to help us set up? No ones here yet and I need to make something’s so the band can have some more space.” Liam says, “and who brought the junior” he says pointing to me.
“First I am now a senior cause you all graduated, and second Taylor over there is in same grade as me so yea,” I say.
A smirk spreads across Liam’s mouth. “Touché little one,” he says. Before I could tell him I’m not little Percy steps in.
“She’s fine, same with Taylor. She happens to be one of the few under classmen that I’m fine with.”
“Plus she’s hot,” Taylor says while eye fucking me.
“Dude she is off limits she like a little sister to Ty. Trust me you touch her your dead meat,” Liam says while winking at me with Ty putting his arm protectively around my shoulders.
Liam though I don’t know him well, knows how protective the guys are over me. He’s one of the few guys that Ty and them let near me. I think they know I’m slightly afraid of his bad boy demeanor.
“Alright fine. I wasn’t going to mess with her dude,” Taylor says while looking at I assume a glaring Ty next to me, “but can I at least have fun with her and hang out?”
I know Taylor’s type of fun is getting high. Not really something I do unless its spontaneous or I am upset. Taylor on the other hand is high or drunk at every party I see him at, but always is able to compose himself to have a good time.
“Try and control yourself Taylor. We don’t want you getting carried away with her, plus she needs to sing later and we can’t have her high out of her mind trying to sing,” Ty says to Taylor with a stern voice.
“Wait you sing?” Percy says with a shocked voice.
“Yea why have I never heard you sing?” Liam says.
“I don’t do it that often and I was conned into doing it tonight.” I say while glaring at the guys next to me.
“Can you sing for us now?” Liam asks.
“No,” I say while smiling, “lets go Taylor” and I start to running towards the smoke room with Taylor close behind.
"So Kat," Taylor starts, "is there anything else new in your life that I don't know about." He says with a chuckle obviously thinking back about earlier a conversation.
"Not really, pretty boring summer. Just really went to the beach, tanned, read more books than you could imagine, went to a few parties, hung out with these guys and worked out some." I say summing up my pathetic summer.
"Well then I have a proposition with you to spice up the end of your summer," he says with a wicked smile meaning he's up to something.
"Oh no. I know that smile," I say throwing my hands up, "you have something wicked planed for me and I'll no part of it. I'm already in trouble for the last prank and I don't need to be in anymore."
