1.What is your book called?

Scars of the heart

2.What is your book about?

My book is a fan-fiction on The Vampire Diaries. I have used the cast of The Vampire Diaries because I was completely in awe of the romance between Delena.

My book has no elements of any supernatural powers. It's purely about humans and relationships.

Summary :

Heart-broken after her break-up with Stefan, Elena vowed never to fall in love but that was not the only thing that happened. She changed completely, for worse. And then Destiny tricked her by making her meet someone who shared her Ex's Surname and he started to affect her mind beyond her control and reasons why. Damon Salvatore, the charming and handsome guy who everyone praised was the reason behind her fears which only scratched the scars of her heart. She gives Damon a tough time but Damon was determined to help her find herself and back to believing in love again.

3.What genre is your book?

Fan-Fiction and Romance.

4.Is your book a series?

Yes, it will be. This being on Delena. The next will be on Klaroline.

5.Is your book complete?

No, i am working on chapter 8. Though I have sketched out the story and have written further chapters too but they need editing and polishing.

6.What gave you the idea for your book?

Human emotions and the thought that how will one react if they meet up with someone who shares a common name as of the one they have loved and lost. That could feel like cruel and fearsome. Falling in love, again, feels so impossible.

The protagonist of my story feels the same and the story revolves around how a guy comes to her life again and help her overcome her fears , be herself and fall in love again.

7.What do you do if you have writers block?

Has not faced it yet. Maybe because I take ample time to think and relax, chill out working on photoshop, listening music or playing games. I feel like revived and inspired because thoughts keeps coming all the time.

8.Do you have any goals for your book?

Who wouldn't want that there be book be popular and get good amount of reads, be voted and positively commented?

I would want no different but more than that I want people who reads it...really enjoy reading it and could relate to it.

9.Do you have a favourite character? If so who and why?

I love my main characters Elena and Damon but if I have to pick a favorite then I would choose Caroline, Elena's Best Friend. She is a perfect one-must-have type friend who is with you through thick and thing, is a perfect guide and great support. She is wise, funny and acts like a Cupid between Damon and Elena.

10.Are you happy with your book?

Yes, I am happy the way it is shaping up. I am devoted to it and I am really focussing on it so that it be something that's worth reading. If I am not happy with it myself, then how will I expect others like it?

11.What has been the best compliment you have received about your book?

It has been added to the Book called Wattpad Promotion Romance and the author of the book has given a wonderful comment. I felt so satisfied reading it.

12.Why should people read your book?

It's a feel good story, it will move your heart and make you wish to be loved the way Damon loves Elena. The central theme of the story is heartening as the main character is really heart-broken, gripped by fear and has trust issues but I have kept things realistic and there is positivity in it, blended with Romance and Humour which makes it inspiring. Something readers will connect to.
