1.What is your book called?

My book is Dr. Emily Childs: Original

2.What is your book about?

My book takes place in Boston, the capital of Massachusetts. The protagonist of the story is Emily Childs, a brilliant, beautiful, and fashionable Medical Examiner. She works alongside the Boston Police department and solves murders. Dr. Childs is working on a case with Boston Homicide Detective Jenna Forest. A young business owner is murdered, and the two are on the case. Childs notices a similarity between the current case, and one she worked in Ohio. Emily is suddenly thrust into flashbacks of college romance, and the chilling details bring up new suspects...

3.What genre is your book?

It's a murder mystery with a hint of romance.

4.Is your book a series?

This is the first book in the Emily Childs' series.

5.Is your book complete?

Yup, it's all done!

6.What gave you the idea for your book?

Freshman year of high school, my English teacher had the class keep a notebook where we could write about whatever we wanted, and Emily Childs and Jenna Forest were born! Originally, the book only focused on Jenna Forest's life, but I scrapped the idea, taking the medical side of crime.

7.What do you do if you have writers block?

When I get writers block I take a nap or watch a movie.

8.Do you have any goals for your book?

I just want people to like, read, and comment!

9.Do you have a favourite character? If so who and why?

Emily is my favorite character, she is just so bold and fearless and not afraid to speak her mind! Plus she knows how to dress!

10.Are you happy with your book?

I'm beyond happy with how my book has turned out.

11.What has been the best compliment you have received about your book?

One of my best friends had this to say, "Your book is amazing, and I love the character Emily Childs, the plot of the book is awesome, and I want to read more, now."

12.Why should people read your book?

I think people should read it so they can know more about murders and how they are solved, and it's such an interesting read, and so many people have had beautiful things to say about it.

13.Any last words?
