The Million Duvat Remark

I was about halfway through my second round of edits for Glitches when Queen Saralee started nagging me about hosting another Books of Lessaenes contest. 

I love judging them! She insisted as I tried to get my work done, using up an inconveniently large portion of my brainpower. It'll be fun! 

I tried to tell her that people simply don't have the time to write long contest entries- that they have to go to school and work and to think about their futures, just like I do (she doesn't empathize with the nuances of the Earthen college admissions process very well), but eventually, we were able to arrive at this:

Welcome, one and all, to the THIRD EDITION of the Million Duvat Endeavor- The Million Duvat Remark! This time around, your entry must be submitted as a comment on this chapter, and must fit in one comment (2000 characters). The due date is 12:00 A.M. CST on July 31. I'm giving you guys plenty of time to think about what you want to write, and to spread the word! The results will only be announced if at least three people participate, so make sure to tell all your Wattpad friends! The top three will be given a shoutout in this book as well as my love and admiration, and the winner will receive a shoutout on my profile! 

As in the last contest, you may write anything in any format as long as you can point out a clear connection to a character, setting, or theme from the Books of Lessaenes. Good luck, and happy writing! I can't wait to read your entries!
