"Ian, hey... how was Italy?" Friday stuttered at her boyfriend after four years not seeing each other. She did not know what to say. What if he doesn't like me anymore?  What if there were prettier girls than me in Italy? She thought. She studied him clearly, even if he was tired he looked very handsome. All the girls would be already be drooling over him by now.

Friday shook off that thought and saw her uncle and Helena, hand in hand. Instantly her face lit up and ran up to them, "I miss you guys so much! How have you been?"

Before they got to reply, her best friend Mel exclaimed as she wiggled her eyebrows, "Friday, aren't you going to say anything to your boyfriend whom you never stopped talking about in the past week? You literally planned out 5 papers of speech to say to Ian. Where is it Fri?"

Mel crossed her arms and turned to Ian, "Help your girlfriend would you? She still gets shy around you! You start the conversation."

Friday blushed and spoke not wanting Melanie to talk about her personal stuff to Ian to long, "Lets not stand here, were blocking the path. Go back to the Academy and we talk more." She thought, This is only Ian. The arrogant yet handsome Ian she knew. Its only him. You've seen him many times and talked with many times.

As they turned to walk back to the uber, Friday felt a soft hand tugging her from behind. Ian. She turned to him and they locked eyes. Friday instantly got lost in his ocean eyes,  "How is he so hot? Like what kind of genetics does he get this handsomeness from?"

"Thanks?" Ian replied which his usual smirk.

"Oh no. Did I say that aloud?" Friday blushed, as she tried to change the topic, "Anyways...  how was Italy? Meet new friends?"

Ian chuckled and draped and arm around Friday's shoulder bringing her close. Instantly she felt warm and safe inside his arms. "You still haven't change have you? Italy was fun, but It was nothing without my beautiful girlfriend. And... I've made friends, but none of them could ever replace you."

Friday stuttered, "Thats... not what I meant. I just wanted to know..."

"I know you Fri, I know you." Ian interrupted as he wrapped his arms around Friday as they shared their first hug in four months. Friday held Ian so tight, it was as if she never did want to let go. She got so caught up in the moment she couldn't even recite Pi.

Friday broke the hug and held her hand out, "Anyways, to the Academy? Together?"

Ian smiled, "Always."

"We better hurry up, otherwise Mel is gonna question what we've been doing."

"And, if that a problem?" Ian raised his eyebrows.

"Shut up!" Friday laughed as she smacked his arms, "That's not what I meant."

"Again with, 'that's not what I meant."

As they raced back to the uber, Friday thought, this is real. Our relationship, our lives. When we graduate, we are going to have a beautiful life together and we are going to travel around the world. To Canada, to Australia, to Japan, to Europe. Everywhere with Ian.

She smiled, this is only the beginning.
