A/N:
Hey guys. Ok, so, I have a huge question I'm not so sure will make a lot of noise, but I'm curious what you guys think of the chapters, the update regularity, or schedule. Let me know.
Toodeloo~Y/N POV:
It didn't take long to reach the forest again. Slenda was honestly really upset when she learned from the first day she couldn't just teleport from my house she said.
"What house wants you to be able to teleport in, but not fucking out?" She said, rubbing the back of her neck. I chuckles, smiling up at her.
"Imagine two seven foot tall trained martial artists who have the speed of one of y'all. Now imagine that they enjoy a challenge. You have my father and my uncle." I beamed, proud of my family. They were crazy.. I stopped, sighing, dropping my gaze. My hair fell over my eyes, the shadow darkening my gaze. "That craziness is what killed them."
Slenda and Lazari looked at me in shock. I blushed, and then growled angrily, before hearing a soft voice in my head.
"Calm down handsome. Getting angry does you no good. You will get your revenge on them. I promise." The voice had changed exponentially since it now had a feminine ring to it, and I felt someone squeeze my hand. I turned to look, and Bǎohù smiled as she wiped away a tear.
"No use crying over spilt milk sweetheart. Chin up. You are the last and most powerful of your kind. Kinda also the first proxy from your kind. So please, remember, We will kill them all." Bǎohù picked me up in a hug, my eyes wide. I sighed before wrapping my arms around her, squeezing. This woman had been there during it all. She had seen my attachment, known my frustration and anger, felt my helplessness. She had just as much reason to hate the people as I did.____________________________________
Two years ago.
I stood there, my eyes scanning the horizon. The trek had been long to reach this place. I opened the door to my uncle's cabin, an old worn down wood cabin. I turned to the right, grabbing the lantern he had put by the door. I looked around, swearing when I couldn't find a match.
"Uncle, are you there? You know I hate this house. It's always too dark for me to see in!" I called out, sighing angrily as I heard no reply. I stepped towards the kitchen, looking for the drawers. My hands skidded across the walls, the moon letting in almost no light at all. I could only travel at night anymore. During the day, it was too easy to find me. Too easy to use civilians to get me to stop. I growled in anger as my fist slammed into the cupboard, and I groaned in Pain as it cut my thumb. Damn wooden houses. They break so easy!
I finally found the drawers, and opened it, finding the match book.
"Uncle I swear, sometimes I don't understand why you tell me to come to these places if you aren't here. There's nothing for me to do but solve some fucking puzzle you-" I cut off as I seen a large amount of blood on the floor at my feet. A pool of dried blood. I turned around slowly, and seen the source.
His body was hung like a star, his neck stretched as far as it would go upwards without ripping. Swords kept his arms and legs in that position, and the star served for the normal star of a summoning ritual. The circle had a broken line, but the whole diagram was made of him and his blood. I gagged, growling angrily at myself for postponing.
"Uncle...no..."____________________________________
Present time
I snapped back to reality, my eyes darkening as I forced my anger away. Bǎohù had walked beside me to the edge of the woods, and was letting me stare at the city below us.
"Bǎohù?" I asked, my gaze never lingering in one place for long. She scooted In front of me, her tail wrapped around me as she sat in my lap, not playfully, but comfortingly.
"Yes?" She asked, watching the city as well. I felt Lazari's presence behind us, but didn't fight her staying.
"Which demon killed my father and took my sister? Do you know?" I asked, wrapping my arms around her waist. She was fit, very fit for someone who had been a statue for maybe millennia. She shrugged softly, and sighed.
"My guess? The blood hold traces to that girls blood. Either a relative, or someone who her father sired." She gently let her stinger lay on my shoulder, knowing the poison wouldn't affect me. It only affected those who she wasn't linked to. I was her only link.
She reached up and brushed her fingers across my lips, smiling as she looked at Lazari. She must have moved up.
"I can't call you little Lazari like the rest can I? You're a grown woman now. Can I have some alone time with my partner? I hate to ask, but he's having a rough time. I promise, you'll have him to yourself tonight." She said, smiling at Lazari softly. You heard Lazari step away, and Bǎohù laid her head on my collarbone.
"You know, {Y/N}, your certainly not weak for your age, right? I've been with you most of your life. You're a strong man, and I'm proud to consider you my partner. Not relationship wise, but we certainly have something not even Lazari could break. Or you changing into a proxy." She said, sighing as she lifted up my sleeve, feeling my scar. The mark was still puffed out, and she looked a little angry at it. I leaned down and chuckled, smirking at her as I tilted her chin up.
"You are the first woman I've ever seen naked Bǎohù. Take that in pride." I chuckled and got closer, nipping her earlobe as I whispered softly to her, "It certainly wasn't an unattractive sight." She blushed horrible, her eyes getting wide as she looked down, and her tail twitched gently. She hugged me softly, her lips laying over the vein in my neck, and she kissed it gently. Her lips moved slowly, and she traced up it, before moving back down it. She chuckled as she nipped into it, her teeth causing a little blood to come out. She licked up happily, my breaths speeding up in response. She leaned back and winked, smiling.
"You don't get to tease me, Mr. I know all your little spots. As well as all your little kinks. So, next time you try, you might want to learn a bit about my body first. Of course, you certainly can explore it all you want." She wiggled her butt, and stood up, stepping away from the treeline, back towards the mansion.
"Come on loverboy. We got some training to do, and you need rest. I will show you how to use your powers. You have a lot to use." She smiled, her tail picking me up and almost benching me. I slid out, landing on my feet as I followed behind her.
"After training, we start doing research on those responsible."
