Phoenix had managed to handle the battle with Suicune and both seemed to have an admiration for each other.
Suicune looked at Phoenix and made a slight smirk. "I declare you are very much a tough one. I also see you have valuable skills in battle and two interesting powers that seem to show from your appearance. I declare you to be capable of being Crystal rank and also grant you access to all the perks of working alongside me... work with valour." Suicune declared.
Phoenix was tired but smiled and raised his right arm up. "I have made it to the top! I have become someone that has pride in their appearance and have shown the haters that someone that looks like me can in fact succeed in life! Be proud and roar out!" Phoenix declared to the arena full of Pokémon.
Maximilian, Hatchigen, Tikel and a few others plus guildmasters were told to observe the battle.
Hibiki looked at Joan. "Wow he seems pretty happy hey."
