I've already knew the answer behind the blueness of the sky not because God said so, but because of Rayleigh scattering. It is blue because blue is the shortest wavelengths in a light and scatters more as it travels in the atmosphere. However, I've read that violet is the real shortest wavelength not blue, which raised a questions in my mind, "why the sky not violet? Is the sky racist? Does heaven hates color violet because it rhymes with violence?" So I asked Google about it and it says that the sun sends out less violet than blue. So, the violet is too short to reach the sky, which gives an opportunity to the color blue to dominate the entire sky and spread its beautiful hue.
