Is it true, nobody died from Marijuana?

One of our teachers told us that Marijuana should be legalized because nobody dies from it. It was shocking to hear because how come a drug could not kill a human? Any drugs, if overdosed can have negative side effects. It seems impossible that MJ cannot make people go insane and do stupid things which might be the cause of their death. So I consulted Google about it and I found out that weed does not kill people. No death has been recorded from MJ overdosing because the human body is too weak to ingest a high amount of THC (MJ's chemical component that makes it addictive), they are more likely to pass out before attaining overdosing. However, MJ can detach the users from reality or cause hallucinations that might instigate reckless actions and become their tragic end. Like in 2015, a 19-year-old male jumped off a balcony after consuming multiple servings of MJ cookie (65 mg of THC). And in March 2015 at Colorado, a guy ate 5 gummy candies for a total of 50 mg of THC and started acting paranoid and get his personal gun and shoot himself.

Therefore, it concludes that Marijuana is still a dangerous drug and can lead people to die, not from overdosing but imagining things that are not there.
