After a long ride they finally came upon the town of Woods, a small elven village in the middle of Emerald Forest. As dark encloses the small town lanterns light up atop dark oak posts, laying a gentle glow upon the town.
"Wow! This place is beautiful!" Her eyes light up in awe. Ezekial, now looking at her with a smile on his face says, "Have your eyes always been light green."
"Huh? Oh, no they've been grey my whole life."
"Hm... Interesting." Lilla continued to gaze around and take in the exquisite architecture within the town. With its wooden doors, carefully handcrafted designs and roads. It just left her in a daze, captivated by its beauty. The carriage came to a stop in front of a quaint hill.
"Wait. We're staying here tonight?" She looks up the small hill in disgust.
"Yes we are. Don't worry it's bigger and better inside the small, rough exterior." Ezekial started climbing the step to the enterance.
"I should hope so." She whispered to herself and proceeded to folliw him up the steps to the petite hill.
As she steps through the front door a big room awaits her on the other side. A domed ceiling, with classy and elegant handmade markings.
"Wow!" her eyes glazed over as she stood in the center of the floor, the size of a ballroom, and looked up at the clean gold designs.
"Believe me. This is nothing compared to the Argonaut Palace." Ezekial smiled at her.
"Hold up! You mean it gets better than this." Lilla spread her arms out in a gesture.
"Oh yeah. Big time." He smirked. "Let's check in shall we?" He walked towards the desk with Lilla following him.
"Welcome to Elveny Inn! How can I be of service?!" A bubbly desk clerk with ling blond hair, pointy ears, big emerald green eyes, and a smile on her face welcomes us.
"Hi, yes I have a reservation for me and Lilla."
"Under what name?"
"Ezekial Hampton."
"Yes, the royal suite. It is down, on the 15th floor, and the door is to your right, once you get down there.”
"Thank you." Ezekial started towards the elevator, Lilla yawned as she began to follow him. Once in the elevator an awkward silence fills the air.
