Once they arrived in the Great dining hall a beautiful feast sat before them. Lilla sits in a chair on the side of the table while the Queen and the Prince sit at the heads of the table.
"Let's dig in shall we?" The Queen looks up at rotates her eyes among Ezekial, Lilla, and Josiah only to find Lilla already filling her plate up. "I take that as a yes? Ok. Dig in." She begins to load her plate when She notices Lilla's plate already full of food that could make a mountain.
"Got enough food there Lilla?" Ezekial says.
"Nope, why you judging? I haven't ate real food like ever and I have a huge ass appetite." Josiah laughs amused and impressed.
"Girl with an appetite is always a gift." Josiah smiles at her with a mischevious glint in his eye and a devilishly attractive smirk. That just seemed to bring his fetures out even more from his adorably messy fawn hair, to his bright white/light grey eyes, and his perfect smile. As the feast went on in a quiet manner, considering everyone was enjoying the food until Josiah chose to break the silence with a question.
"So Lilla, how was your trip here?" Lilla looked up and dabbed at her mouth and swallowed her food.
"The trip was long, but beautiful, that little elf village was absolutely wonderful and peaceful. I'm definitely going back there again." She laughs a little and puts a bite of ham into her mouth. "Mmmmmm... Whoever made this food is an amazing cook!" Lilla exclaimed.
"Well thank you, I tried to find the best chef in this city and hire him on. And once I found him he was skeptical at first but I mentioned the pay and he was on board right away. It's still one of the best decisions I've made still to this day." Vera laughs a little and takes a bite of fruit.
"Well, whoever he is, is definitely gifted." Lilla smiles taling another bite of ham.
"What are you? You're a faerie I know that but you're like more powerful than the usual faerie." Josiah asked.
"Well, wouldn't you like to know? Tell me what you are and maybe I'll tell you what makes me different then the usual faerie." Lilla rolls her eyes.
"Well I'm a Telek I have the power to control minds. That's how I was able to bring you back from your trance earlier." He brags proudly.
"Oh my hero." she sarcasticly says and bites in to a sweet, juicy plum. "If you'll excuse me, i'm still needing to get settled into my new home. It was a pleasure dining with you." Lilla failed at a curtsy and walks off towards her new room.
Once there she opens the heavy door to a huge room with a domed ceiling, A big silver and pale green canopy bed, lush rugs, and a beautiful window sill to look out over the city through.
"Wow!! Ok this may be a little to much, but I love this room!” Lilla exclaims jumping onto the bed and sinking into the poofy feather comforter and memory foam bed.
She looked at the clock and realized it was almost 9 so she got off the bed and went into her bathroom to do a nightly routine the queen had arranged for her.
Once in the doorway to the bathroom she had to pick her jaw up off the floor the beautiful elegant bathroom had a silver vanity and shower, while the rest of the room had a forest like theme with the same pale green as the canopy bed, she went to sit in front of the vanity on a backless chair awaiting the arrival of the three servants to do the nightly routine for her. About 10 minutes later the servants finally arrived and did their job.
"Lilla how're you liking this place so far?" Prince Josiah appears in the doorway. Lilla looks at him through the mirror she was looking into while the servants did their job.
"Hmm... Well so far it seems nice but I haven't even been here a day, so I can't answer that question fully." He smirks looking at her.
"I suppose that's fair." he walked into the bathroom. "You're beautiful. Did you know that?"
"Alright, what do you want?" she scowled at him.
"Nothing. Can't I just give you a compliment?" He stopped behind her allowing enough room for the servants to move around her.
Little did both Lilla and Josiah know that Ezekial was outside her bedroom door listening in on their conversation frowning throughout the whole thing until her last remark which caused him to smile and shake his head, until he went into her room and layed a white silk nightgown down at the foot of her bed.
"Lilla I put a nightgown on the foot of your bed to wear tonight." Josiah grimaced at the sound of his voice.
"Alright, thank you Ezekial!" She shouted back without realizing he was standing in the bathroom doorway. "Oh, oops I didn't Know you were right there Ezekial" she laughed a little.
The servants got done and walked out of her room in a filed line with their heads bowed in respect.
"Well, I should get to bed. Goodnight my fair lady." Josiah bowed and turned swiftly on his heel and proceeded out the door, only to breifly give Ezekial a glare and bump into his shoulder roughly as he walked past.
" I don't think his highness really likes me." Ezekial laughed and walked toward Lilla gracefully. She looks up at him and stands up as he stops in front of her.
" I should probably get to bed also. Maybe youcould show me around town or something tomorrow. Goodnight Ezekial." she glances up at him in a gentle way with silverish green eyes and breezes past him opening the door to the corridor and gentures a hand out towards the hall.
"Yes, I can do that... Goodnight Lilla." He walks past her and out the door, as soon a she is outside she closes the door not thinking he wanted to say one more thing.
She walks to the foot of he rved to feel the soft, cool silk nightgown beneath her fingers. She takes her dress off and her door opens. she panics and kneels down behind the bed hiding her body.
"What the Hell?! Haven't you ever heard if knocking? Or privacy for that matter?" Josiah freezes staring at her in shock. "Get out!! Let me get into my damn nightgown!" Lilla quickly grabs her nightgown and pulls it down with her. She rotates her finger gesturing for him to turn around. He rolls his eyes, turns around and covers his eyes.
Lila puts her nightgown on and crosses her arms over her chest.
"Now can you tell me exactly why you came barging in here?"
Josiah turns around to look at her again.
"I couldn't sleep." She rolls her eyes in return.
" and you came to my room why? Just because you're the Prince doesn't mean you get to come barging into, what's now MY room, and try to get into bed with me, just so you could "have help sleeping" now get out. You can tell me whatever is going on in your head tomorrow after breakfast, I need some sleep before I'm a bitch tomorrow to." Josiah cowers a little at her little rant.
"You're right, I'm sorry, I just have a bad feeling about something it can wait till tomorrow though." He walks out of her room closing the door as he left. She then lays on her bed and fell into a sound sleep.
