Chapter 3. The Meeting

Lyla walked to a Starbuck's that was near an Old Navy and took a seat outside the little café. She pulled out her pink iPhone 6s, and flipped through her contacts and found Danny's number.

"Thank you Google, without you I would have never found out his number." Lyla called Danny and waited for him to pick up.

"Hello? Who's calling?"

Lyla was filled with glee when he picked up, she was surprised that he would even answer his phone to a number he doesn't even know.

"It's Lyla, come meet me by the Starbuck's that's near the Old Navy."

"Why?" Danny asked puzzled.

"I want to get to know you, that's all." Lyla said with a devious smile.

"Ok? What time do you want me to be there?"

"Right now would be suffice if that's alright with you."

"It's fine, I'll be there." Danny hung up and started getting ready.

Lyla smiled while biting her finger...she found a way to fool him, but she just needed a way to trap him. Two hours later, Danny parked his car and walked over to Lyla.

"What took you so long?" Lyla asked while applying red Maybelline lipstick on.

"My apologies your highness, I wanted to pick out the right outfit to wear and the right cologne to put on,"

Danny wore a Versace leather long sleeved shirt, with black jeans, and had on a fresh pair of the newest Jordan's that came out. His eyes were as blue as diamonds, his hair was as black as the night and the gel he had in it made it shine like stars, and his smile was like looking at an angel. His colonge: Polo. Danny Williams was a man that everyone in the town could depend on, he was always there to help someone in need. His parents were rich successors of an engineering company, and he took over when his dad passed away due to a heart disease. His mother was placed in a retirement home when she grew too old to run the company. From there, Danny has been running a successful business and has been living a successful life.

"Have a seat, I got us caramel flán frappés...your favorite."

"How'd you...nevermind." Danny said while taking a seat.

"Tell me about yourself, because I can see we're going to have a wonderful time together!" Lyla said with mischevious smile.
