Alex and Abby- Their Story

Chapter One: Day One

Hey, so I have decided to start a new student teacher romance, with some twist in it. I hope you guys enjoy. I have rewrote it twice because I didn't like the way the first chapter was, so here is the new copy. I hope you enjoy it. If you do please vote, comment and fan. It was October 3, 1990, Lisa, had just went into labor. She hollered for her husband josh, he decided to take off of work for a week as it was close to Lisa's due date anyway, she told him her water just broke. He ran to her, and helped her to get into the truck. Then they were off to the hospital. It took twenty minutes to get there, the whole way there Lisa was calm and was breathing, and they had taken the lamas classes. They finally arrived at the hospital; josh took Lisa into the hospital and told the nurse that his wife was in labor. The nurse came over to them and put Lisa in a wheel chair and told Josh to follow her. Once they did the nurse took them into the room that they had reserved for them. Josh only wanted the best for his wife and baby so he had the room reserved for two weeks. Of course he had paid for a wing of the hospital anyway so they didn't mind. See Josh's father was a doctor, and his mother was the daughter of another doctor. And Lisa was a daughter of Alabama's governor. So money didn't matter to them. But they earned their own and didn't depend on their parents. Josh was a doctor as well, so they had money.

Finlay they got into their room and Lisa were in the bed, with the gown on. Her doctor, Dr. Jones, came in and told Lisa it was time to push. She started pushing. Ten minutes after pushing Lisa gave birth to a healthy 9 pound baby boy. Two minutes later she felt water again, and after four minutes she had delivered a healthy baby girl. Who weighed in at 9 pounds as well? Josh and Lisa were happy that their babies were finally in the world. Once she got to hold them for a few minutes the nurses took them to the nursery to get warmed up, cleaned up, and ready for their momma to feed them in a few hours (if you have never had a baby, you do not get the baby right away, they give you time to rest up, and the baby had to get to a certain tempter). While the babies were in the nursery Lisa got cleaned up and was able to rest after pushing two babies out of a hole the size of a marble. Josh called their parents and his nurses and told them that Lisa had the babies and both babies and momma was doing fine. He then went into Lisa's room and they talked about what they were going to name the babies.

After talking about it for a while they both decided that they wanted it to be names and they wanted them to have a middle name as well. They also decided that Josh would be able to their baby boy, and Lisa would name their baby girl. But they would name them when they got to see the babies. They thought that would be the best thing to do. Lisa closed her eyes for a few minutes and Josh just sat on the bed holding her. The nurse finally came in with both babies. She asked Lisa how she was going to feed the babies. Lisa told her that she was going to try breast feeding but that she also wanted to use the bottle as well, since there were two of them. So the nurse told her that they would try the babies out on breast first and if that didn't work they would do the bottle, and that she could just use a pump if necessary. After the nurse showed Lisa what to do and helped her she left the family alone.

Once the nurse left and Lisa had both babies feed, she was holding their baby girl and Josh had their baby boy. They were talking about names. Since both twins looked identical other than their privates they knew the names would be close to each other. While they were decided on names Josh's mom Janice and Dad Ray, came in to see their new grandbabies and daughter in law. They were as happy as this was their first grand babies. While they were there Lisa came up with the name Abigail Marie, or Abby for short. Everyone liked that name so her full name was Abigail Marie Franklin. Josh decided that their baby boy would be called Alexander James Franklin or Alex for short. Everyone liked that name as well. Lisa and Josh agreed on those names and when the nurse asked them the name they told her.
