Manic panic fills us all
Curtains open on a lit stage
Often blinded by the white lights
Feeling inclosed in a social cageForget your lines and you're dead
Even when you do your very best
The blank faces just sit and watch
Juding you next to the restYou're support ethir love or hate you
Always never just in-between
Everybody must see the real character
From the poorest begger to the queenThose you know come and watch
Though they can just be ashamed
If you do well though
There's something else to blameWe must always take what's needed
If you don't, there's a price to suffer
Love who they tell you to love
Or else your play gets alot tougherOnce the final curtains fall though
There is never such a pain
Just a look of no more lights
With nothing left to gain
