This is a concept I've never really touched on before.
We know how 1p Italy and France act, but the 2ps? Well, I've been thinking about it, and this is what I've come up with.
They're secretly close.
They pretend to not know or care for eachother much, but,
If Francios needs old man help, Luciano is there.
If Luciano is being attacked, Francios defends him.
They care for eachother a lot, they just have their own way of showing it.
They're family after all.
