It was a normal morning at Wayne Manor and Bruce was eating his breakfast and Alfred was dusting the book shelf in the study. Then the phone was ringing and Alfred pick up. ,,Wayne Manor, Alfred on the phone...I will give him the message,, said Alfred and the call ended. He went into the dining room and told Bruce:,, Master Bruce, the hospital had just called. They want to talk with you about something important,, Bruce looked at his Butler, sighed and got up. ,,Then I should go,, ,,I will drive out the car,, said Alfred and went out of the house. Bruce followed and get into the car. The Butler drove Bruce to the hospital,, I will wait for you here,, he said and Bruce nodded. He went inside and a doctor greeted him. ,,Hello Mr.Wayne would you follow me?,, said the doctor and went with Bruce into a room. ,,Mr. Wayne, yesterday morning was a baby born, but the mother died this morning. The reason why we called is that the woman told us, that you are the father. We wanna be sure and want to do a DNA test.,, Bruce agreed to it and they took a DNA sample of Bruce. ,,We call you when we have the results,, said the Doctor and Bruce left the hospital. ,,And what was the important thing they wanted?,, asked Alfred as Bruce got into the car. ,,They need a sample of my DNA, because a young woman told them I was the father of the baby she gave birth yesterday, but she died this morning,, explained Bruce. ,,Then we should prepare are room,, said Alfred and drove to a baby shop. ,,But what if the test is negative?,, asked Bruce and Alfred replied:,, it's better to be prepared for it,, they stepped into the shop and looked for some baby supplies. All other costumer looked at them. ,,Is that Bruce Wayne?....What is he doing here?,, All those questions were heard by Bruce, but he ignored it. He thought the test. What if it really was his child? Could he care for him? All those questions bothered him. At the time as Bruce was in his thoughts, Alfred had already all the supplies and was ready to pay.

Bruce was just done with build up the crib in his bedroom, as the phone rang. He picked up ,,Wayne Manor Bruce Wayne here,, ,,Hello Mr. Wayne, Gotham General Hospital here. We have the results of DNA test. The Baby is to 99,9999% yours,, said the doctor on the phone. Bruce didn't know what to say, he was almost like paralyzed. ,,I...I'm coming,, said Bruce and ended the call. He went to his Butler. ,,The hospital called,, he said. ,,And what came out?,, asked the Butler. ,, It's my child,, ,,then we should go so you can see the baby,, Bruce agreed.

The doctor leaded Bruce to his child. ,,Here is your son. His mother gave him the name Richard Wayne,, Bruce looked at his son and a small smile came on his face. He carefuly picked him up. ,,He is so...small,, said Bruce, still looking at the baby. ,, We know but he can go home with you,, said the doctor. ,,Ok,, said Bruce and left with his son. Alfred waited in the car as Bruce came back with the tiny baby. He put him into a special car seat for babys and set down next to his son. ,,Alfred this is Richard, my son,, said Bruce and Alfred nodded and drove home. As they arrived, Bruce brought his son into the Manor. He sat on the Couch in the livingroom and looked again at his son. He couldn't believe that this tiny thing is his. Suddenly the baby opened his eyes and two Chrystal blue eyes appeared. The same eyes, that Bruce saw when he looked into the mirror. This was the moment as the little boy took a place into Bruce heart.
