Dick was sitting in the living room and ate some chips while watching TV, as Bruce came back. It was strange because Bruce was later than usual. Dick looked to the door and Bruce came inside, but he wasn't alone. A boy, not much younger that Dick, was with Bruce. Dick goes to them and stared at the other boy. ,,Dick this is Jason. I adopted him,, Those words burned into Dicks mind. He isn't an only child anymore. He needed to share Bruce attention now. Jealousy grew in Dick. Jason looked at Dick aswell but Dick left. Bruce kneeled down to Jason and said to him ,,he just need some time to get used to you,, Jason nodded silent and Bruce showed Jason the Manor.
*Next day*
It was early in the morning and Dick was still asleep as his door opened. Jason sneaked into Dicks room and closed the door silently. He went to his older and carefully shaked him. Dick woke up and looked at his new brother ,,why are you in my room?,, Asked dick sleepy. ,,I want to talk with you. I always wanted a family and I noticed you didn't really like me,, said the younger boy and Dick felt bad for his brother. Even when he knew the Graysons weren't his parents. He lost the people who raised him. They both shared somehow the same destiny. ,,I'm sorry Jason. It's just...I was always an only child and then you was suddenly there. I'm just scared you could get more attention,, explained Dick. ,, I'm sure that won't happen,, both boys smiled and hugged
