Chapter Five: Found

Luca's POV

"What?" I had asked through gritted teeth. I held the urge to go and challenge him.

"Alpha Luca, that beautiful woman is mine. I have had my eyes set on her for a while."

I moved closer to him, our noses touching, I roared with anger before whispering harshly,

"Don't tempt me."

I saw his canines grow out.

"I'm not."

"She is my mate, and now my life. Stand down or there will be hell to pay."

He backed away slightly.

"Alpha Luca, either give her to me, or I will start a war, now we wouldn't want to do that, especially with the things going on with the rogues." I scoffed, staring at him dead in the eyes.

"Do it."

I turned my back to him beginning my journey to my mate.

Diana's POV

My head was pounding, giving me a major migraine. I groaned in pure agony. My eyes opened, leaving a burning sensation. I rubbed my eyes, trying to get rid of the irritating feeling.

"Ah." I seethed out.

Once I got my vision back, I looked around. Where am I? I grabbed my head, squinting my eyes.

"You're awake."

A small yelp leaving my lips as I heard a voice right next to me. I scoot farther away from the voice. It was a man, he had chestnut-colored hair, and was very pale. He stared at me in awe, before clearing his throat.

"Good afternoon Luna, Alpha is on his way. I'm Blake, the Beta of your pack. If you need anything please let me know, it would be an honor to help you with anything." I licked my lips, nodding slowly.

"Hello Blake, thank you for the offer." I gave him a scared smile.

I shifted uncomfortably, bringing my legs up to my chest.

"Luna, would you like anything to eat?"

I glanced at him, fiddling with my fingers. I heard him chuckle lightly before standing up.

"I'll take that as a yes."

"My name is Diana by the way, not Luna."

I saw him stop midway before shaking his head and walking away. I heard a door open from behind me, making me jolt in my spot. It was that gorgeous man. There was some sort of relief in his eyes as he came to me smiling big.

"Oh thank God you're okay."

I felt him engulf me in an embrace, sniffing the crook of my neck, he seemed to relax more as his shoulders loosened up. I had become stiff and he noticed. My fear was radiating off of me and he could tell. This was not good. I felt his warm hand lift my chin up slowly allowing us to make eye contact.

"Don't worry love, I won't hurt you. I know you may have many questions, so please feel free to ask away." I decided that this was my chance to actually get some answers.

"What a-are you?" My voice was unsteady and quiet yet loud enough for him to hear. I heard him sigh before answering my question.

"I'm a werewolf. and so is everyone else you have met, except for you."

I stared at him, biting on both my top and bottom lip. I knew he wasn't lying because I have witnessed too much to deny it. I breathed in slowly,

"Why is that...Blake...guy calling me Luna and, and calling you Alpha?" I saw him grin as he held my face in my hands.
