Chapter 20

*Demi's Pov*

I wake up to my phone buzzing off and I am laying on top of Drakan. We fell asleep cuddling last night. I look at my phone and it's Austin..

He wants to meet somewhere and get coffee so I say yes. After the car accident not too long ago, Austin texted me and was actually concerned and we have been talking ever since. To be honest, the more I talk to him, I kinda start to like him. He makes me feel different.. wait. What am I doing, I love Drakan. I have to keep this a secret from her cause if she finds out she will be pissed. I hate keeping shit from her; it's not like me, but to keep our engagement safe, I am going to keep my mouth shut.

*Austin's Pov*

I have Demi right where I want her. Her and Drakan aren't that hard to manipulate and I am kinda enjoying every minute of it. I asked Demi to come get coffee with me and she said yes. Now this is when I will make a move on her cause I know she likes me. I get to Starbucks and she is already there. We exchange hugs and get in line. We come up to the counter to order.

"I need just a regular black coffee and an iced caramel mocha." I ordered for the both of us.

"You know my order?" She was surprised.

"Of course I do! All I do is think about you everyday..." Yeah sure I do. Think about how gullible she is.

"You do? Like.. everyday?" She asked to reassure. She was acting all shy.

"Yeah, I do. I really like you, Demi. I want to be with you. I will treat you way better than Drakan." I grab her hand but she pulls away?

"Austin! There is nothing going on beween us. I love Drakan, not you!" I'm shocked and I turn around. Holy shit, Drakan is standing there looking at us!

*Drakan's Pov*

I wake up and Demi is gone & figured she might've went to Starbucks because I know she loves it. I also just had some kind of instinct, I don't know why. So I get up and head over there cause I have been craving coffee for some reason anyway. I get to Starbucks and Austin is holding Demi's hand! What the hell?! I walk in there and I am standing behind Demi where they can't see me. I can't hear what they are saying but I know now that they probably have a thing going on.

"Austin, what are you looking at? Answer me!" Demi says. He gets up and runs out of the coffee shop and about this time there are tears running down my face. Demi turns around and sees me.

"Drakan, it's not what it looks like, I swear."

"You are a liar and a cheater. I never want to see you again!" I yell and walk out of the coffee shop and go home. 5 minutes later Demi walks in.

"Drakan, that's not what it looked like, okay?!"

"Do you and him have a thing, Demi?"

"No! Of course not, I love you Drakan."

"Oh you do? Then why are you with him, Demi? Huh?! You make it sound like it's so evident to see that you love me. How long have you guys been doing this behind my back?"

"There's nothing going on between us, I swear! And it started after your accident. I needed someone cause you didn't want to have anything to do with me."

"And now you wonder why!" It gets silent for a minute and my phone goes off and it's a text from my mom. It says: 'Listen Drakan, I know that everything hasn't been great with us but I want to talk it out and agree on something. I love you, will you please come over?' I get my keys and start to walk out.

"I will be back later so we can talk about this more." I said even though I don't really know if I want to.

"Okay, I love you."

"I love you too, Dems." Even though they have had this thing going on since my accident, I still love Demi so much and I want to know everything.

*Danity's Pov*

Well me and Demi are good now. We aren't the best of friends but we are okay I guess. She invited me to the baby shower the other day and set me up with this guy named Beau. We really hit it off but here's the catch. My little sister Dominique (aka Domino) is in love with him. She has been for years now and they hang out all the time but he doesn't like her that way at all, just as a friend. Trust me, I wouldn't do anything to hurt my own little sister but I really like him and I am going to go for it.

I invited Beau over to the house cause Domino isn't going to be there and my parents aren't home since they are on a cruise for awhile. We are sitting on the couch and the door opens. Oh shit, it's Domino!

"Hey.. what's going on?" She asked with a weird look on her face while she walked in.

"Hey, Domino.. what are you doing here?" I asked her.

"I came home a little earlier than I usually do and what is Beau doing here?" She asked me even though Beau was sitting right there and could've asked him.

"Umm.. me and Beau have something to tell you, Domino."

"Okay.. so?"

"Me and Beau are like.. dating."
