Chapter 20

Ashton's POV

The drive back to the house was quite. I could tell Grace was Down. I know she needed clothes, I should have just brought her to the mall.at least then she would not have had to go back to her home. I know she wants to go back Now more than ever, But I can't . we need her.

"Are you okay" I said in the softest voice possible.

"That was the hardest thing ever. Just leaving again. the Look on his face was-"

"Who's face? Grace I told you to get in and get out. " I panicked. what if she told them her plan. what if they call the police. !

"Niall... he came into my room and Caught me. He tried to stop me from leaving. I told him I have a Job to do and That I would be home soon. He said he was going to get Harry, Harry's been really down since I left. So I wrote Harry a letter telling him to worry about me and that I will be back"

I sighed and Looked over at Grace who just so happened to be looking at me. Her eyes were dark due to lack of sleep , her hair was messy and a  bruise was on her left cheek. I gave her a small smile and Looked back at the road.

"I am going to get home right ?"  she said.

"I hope so. I really hope so Grace. But the thing is I was told I'd get to go home. 4 years later here I am In L.A hundreds of Miles from Sydney. But I chose to stay. I thought after I got trained by the lads and got used to a life in crime, I  began to enjoy it. The rush is Incredible."

"But?" she said and I laughed.

"But, soon enough the Buzz just doesn't feel so great. But if I leave now... they will kill me. I know too much. Listen to me when I say this Grace. As soon as We get 2 million You leave. Get as far away from us as possible. Promise me"

she said nothing.

"Grace Promise me . Don't ruin your life because you will end like me ,Trapped, In prison Or dead"

"I promise. But only if..." She paused.

"If ?"

"When I Leave, you leave with me. You're not like them Ashton. don't live the rest of your life like this"

"What!.. you're crazy"

"Leave with me Ashton, Or I will stay"
