I caught you!

I saw the way you looked at me while we were dancing.

I saw that little smile that I wasn't supposed to see.

Your grip around my waist got tighter as we went on.

You began to straighten up and tried to catch my eyes.

You looked peaceful; I haven't seen you like that for a long time.

And I caught myself, wishing that it would never end.

But unfortunately, everything has an ending.
