El paced around her room on the phone, "Draco you need to hide. Yeah - no - Elisora's back and she.."

El choked on a sob as she told Draco the news about Janel. Draco was heartbroken, more so than El originally thought. Cissy already received the news, and El got insanely worried about her.

Sure, Cissy dealt with depression before - but she had overcome it by being with people she loved. But she realized the person she loved most was a pretending, backstabbing traitor.

"Is Draco on the phone?" Mike asked from the doorway. He held Avery in his arms.

El nodded and handed the brunette her phone. Mike released Avery from his arms and embarked to the kitchen.

Avery walked over to El, "What's happening?"

El placed Avery on her lap and smoothed out his hair. "Remember that one evil lady?"

Avery nodded.

"She's being more evil. Just like the woman from your book." El pointed to the book Avery currently held.

"Le traître maléfique, a good choice."

Avery smiled and flipped open the book. He held a finger under a sentence in the fourth chapter. "That's where Fumée and Alois think they beat the bad guy." He turned a couple pages forward and pointed under another sentence. "But the bad guy is still alive."

El nodded, she had grown awfully attached to Avery. As if he was her own son. Well.. Now she owns the title 'mom.' She hopes and prays all the time that all would go back to normal - and the little blond boy in her arms would be safe.

This is obviously just a filler chapter since I held some people in suspense for a little while. I apologize for lack of updates and word counts on this book. I really need some ideas to continue :)

Love ya ~
