 Chapter five

''So let's talk'' Blake told me.

Standing there, with my back to the glass window. Blake being so close to me, how did I end up like this?  He makes me feel things I don't think I want to feel, I don't even know what those damn feelings are, I just don't want to feel them, because they are the only explanation I can find for me to lose all my power and just standing there, frozen, and unmoving.

My eyes were now looking past his shoulder, I was always sucked by his eyes, and that was when he was standing far away, I know I've met him twice so far, but I don't think its favorable for me to deny that his eyes are truly something else, so I don't want to know what the outcome would be if I looked at him right now.

Taking some calming breaths, I need to get out of here, I have done it before, and I can do it again, then there were all four, now it's just one.

But how could I do that, he knows about my eye now, if anything, weren't they looking for me.

Some part of me really wishes that I'm not what they are looking for.

''Sorry, not up for a chat at this heavenly hour, how about a rain check'' I asked him, giving him a small smile for just for the effect of my stupid reply.

''We both know that's not going to happen, so why don't you look at me so we can get this over with'' he told me.

''Thanks, but no thanks, you can take you're vodooed eyes and take your leave now, I don't mind'' I told him shrugging, did I really just say that, 'vodooed eye', really Jess there are so many stupid things one could say.

''My what?'' he asked, I can hear amusement in his voice.

''You heard me'' I mumbled, no use denying it now, he is too close to have not heard it.

My eyes never left the big tree that was behind him, watching as the leafs dancing with the wind.

As the moments of heavy silent passed by, him just standing there, and me trying to focus on anything but him.

He heaved a sigh, and took two steps back, when he did that, some of my muscles relaxed a bit, and I let out a sigh of relief.

''I'm going to let you know how this will play out, you would listen and do as I say'' when he said that with a cold tone, my eyes shot up to met his unconsciously, glaring at him, who do he think he is giving me a command like statement.

''And what makes you think I would do that your highness'' I asked him sarcastically.

He frowned a bit, though truth to be told, why is he frowning in the first place, did he really think that I would just stand there and listen to him.

''Because I assure you, you want to hear what I have to say'' he informed me.

''wha...'' I wanted to answer, but he didn't let me.

''Do you know what is that eye of yours is, or why do you have it'' he asked me, his face yet again unreadable.

''I was born with it, so what is your game'' I told him, and the moment those words left me, I truly wanted to slap myself and not mentally if I may add.

Why in god's name did I tell him that?

''So you don't know why you have it, or what does it mean'' he said, though it sounded more that he was talking to himself then me.

His statement made some anger rise in my blood.

''It means nothing, it's just a different color than other people'' I have now truly found my voice to speak normally, even with my sarcastic answers before, I was still shaken up by it.
