"Mark hyung no!" Yugyeom screamed, trying to cover his face as Mark threateningly raised his arm to launch his phone at the maknae.

"Then you better shut your mouth right now." Mark growled.

Yugyeom immediately shut his mouth and scampered away from Mark, hiding behind Bambam.

The six of them were in front of a cafe. It was a cat cafe, since Youngjae remembered Jaebum telling him that he liked cats and had three himself. This was their first stop. The plan was for all eight of them to drink coffee there, purposely making Jaebum and (M/n) sit together. Then they were going to slowly bail out until there was only Jaebum, (M/n), Mark, and Jackson. Then the four of them would go to a fancy restaurant where they were 'supposed' to sit together but got separated because there were only couple tables left. Then last but not least, Mark and Jackson would bail, giving (M/n) and Jaebum the prepaid movie tickets.

This was a plan that was foolproof. They would all be there for the first event so Jaebum could get comfortable, then he wouldn't feel pressured to leave before the second event because Mark and Jackson would still be there, then they were hoping that since the restaurant and movies were already paid for, Jaebum would feel bad backing out and wasting money. They really thought this through.

So once the six of them were settled in the cat cafe they left two chairs open right next to each other. Mark texted (M/n) to meet them and Jackson texted Jaebum to meet them.

Around ten minutes later (M/n) showed up, and five minutes after that Jaebum arrived. They all greeted Jaebum enthusiastically, who just waved cooly in return, then went to order something. Once Jaebum started walking towards the group, Mark's name was called and he got out of his chair to to get his second coffee.

Treating Mark's chair as fair game, Jaebum sat in it, next to Jackson, leaving an open chair for Mark in between himself and (M/n). He didn't notice (M/n)'s saddened stare that quickly dissipated once Mark sat down next to him, ruffling his hair comfortingly.

(M/n) crooned as a cat jumped into his lap. It was one of the older cats and it nuzzled against him affectionately. Jaebum also had a cat in his lap, except his was an excited kitten that kept batting at anything and everything that it could. Jaebum kept petting it, trying to calm the kitten down but it had too much energy. It started trying to essentially climb Jaebum, and sit at the highest point possible. Then the kitten leaped off of Jaebum and strutted towards (M/n).

(M/n) looked at Jaebum who looked mildly displeased that the kitten was trying to bother (M/n) instead of him. But both cats jumped away once (M/n)'s name was called and said male got up to go get his order. He came back with a coffee and the group of eight just hung out for awhile.

"Sorry guys, we gotta go. Dance lessons start soon. It was fun hanging out though." Yugyeom said sheepishly, Bambam agreeing with him. The two said goodbye to all of their friends before exiting the cafe. It was another half hour before they decided to leave the cafe.

"Oh shoot!" Jinyoung suddenly exclaimed, making everyone look at him.

"What happened?" Jackson asked, trying not to smile because he was giddy for the next phase.

"It's almost five! Youngjae we gotta go! My grandma's birthday dinner is about to start!" Jinyoung stood up quickly, grasping Youngjae's hand in his own before practically pulling the sunshine out of the cafe.

"Is it just me or did it suddenly become darker once Youngjae left?" (M/n) questioned, looking at the suddenly dimmed lights in the cafe. The other three boys just shrugged.

"Well, I guess it's time to move to the next part of this day." Mark stated, getting up and dusting invisible crumbs off of himself. Jackson followed his lead and soon enough the four of them were out of the cafe.

Jaebum was surprisingly enjoying the time he was spending with his friends. He adored the cat cafe and was actually rather excited for what was next. He was even okay with (M/n) since he seemed to be less unbearable. Then again (M/n) was also being unusually quiet. Jaebum wondered if any of his other friends noticed how uncharacteristically silent he was.

"Are you okay?" Jaebum suddenly asked, making (M/n) look up from the rock he was kicking.

"Huh? Yeah. Why do you ask?" (M/n) answered, smiling slightly because Jaebum was talking to him.

"No reason. You're just quiet."

They resumed their silence, the duo following a bit behind Mark and Jackson. The couple in front of them was being all lovey dovey, leaning on each other, kissing frequently. (M/n) stuck out his tongue, "They're so gushy."

"Tell me about it." Jaebum agreed.

(M/n) stared as they passed a pizza joint. "Hey," He said softly to get Jaebum's attention but not Mark and Jackson's.

Jaebum looked at him questioningly. "Hmm?"

"What do you say we ditch whatever plans those two have and go to that pizza place?"

Jaebum looked towards the couple then back towards the pizza place. "Sure."

The two sneakily abandoned fort and jogged towards the pizza place. "Damn this smells amazing." (M/n) moaned, taking in the scent of the food. The two stared at the menu quizzically for a few minutes before deciding to order.

"I'll take two pepperoni slices and a medium drink." Jaebum ordered. (M/n) slid up next to him. "And I'll have two slices of cheese pizza and a medium drink." Before Jaebum could refuse (M/n) had already given the cashier his card. They waited a couple of minutes, getting their drinks, before their pizza was delivered to them. They were sitting in a booth across from each other and Jaebum took the time to admire (M/n)'s rather attractive features.

His (h/c) hair slightly fell into his (e/c) eyes. He had (s/c) skin that didn't have a single blemish. He also had strong and attractive features that would make any girl swoon. Heck, it'd make almost any guy swoon.

Jaebum tore his eyes away after he realized that he was staring. He hated how he kind of liked being around the other male. His feelings were confusing and irritating and all he knew was that they all centered around (M/n).

"Those bastards!" Mark shouted, uncharacteristically. "They snuck away and ditched our perfect date!"

"Hey, hey. Calm down babe. At least they're spending time together right?" Jackson calmed. "And now we can spend dinner and a movie together without worrying about them."

Mark sighed, "I guess you're right."

Jackson grinned, pecking Mark's lips. "You're so cute when you're angry!" He cooed.

I haven't been on in awhile, sorry 'bout that...

But anyways a new chapter!!!

My computer was being a bitch all summer so that's why updates are so few. It's basically been in the shop all summer and I've had to type every chapter on my phone. It's really annoying but I should hopefully get it back or get a new one soon.

Also...I admit, I've been a bit obsessed with Fortnite lately (even tho I'm very baddd) but it's really fun!! ((Just saying if any of y'all wanna hmu for Fortnite id be down))((I play on switch and soon laptop (if I ever get it back) sooooo yeah??))
