Of course, with my luck, Percy died. I haven't told anyone yet, except Sally, Paul, my dad, my mom, and of course Poseidon. Just died a month ago, while I'm pregnant with his 4th child. He fought a pack of hellhounds, empousi, gorgons, and monsters. I'm still pregnant with our little girl, Zoe. I'm having the baby in a month. My eight year old son, Michael ran up to me.
"Hey mom," he said grimly. Well, I told the kids "Mae, Dan, Hazel, Frank, and Chang invited us bowling."
"Okay, let's go." I respond, going to my room. I scooted Percy's old tuxedos out of the way, and slipped on a white blouse and blue jeans. I cried a bit, letting inside feelings leave my body leave, and walking back downstairs. Charlie, Selena, and Michael are waiting. I smile a bit to see how much Charlie and Selena have grown. Charlie has Percy's hair, eyes, and even smile. He can breathe underwater, but his water powers end there. He is wise, and great with knifes. You should see him cut a loaf of bread. Selena on the other hand, has my eyes, my hair, my smile, but Percy's water abilities. She can't cause hurricanes, but she is great with water. Michael is like Charlie, and I have a good feeling Zoe will be like Selena. We piled inside the old 2014 pick up truck. We haven't bought a new car even though we can totally afford it. It gives me memory's of the good old days-when Percy and I got married, the day we bought our house (I wasn't even pregnant with Charlie yet!) the old days in general.
"Mom!" Charlie smiled "go!" We always have the same memories when we go inside this van.
I turned the engine on, and we slipped away from the house. We drove for another half hour, and we pulled into the parking lot. Frank, Hazel, and their three kids where waiting. Charlie waved at Mae, (who's his crush. She's twelve like Selena) and Selena waved to her too. Michael waved to Dan and Chang, who held Hazels hand tight. Leo stood next to them, grinning like a maniac.
"Yo, the Jackson!" Leo called "hey! Where's King Jackson?"
"I'll tell you later," I said. "Now let's have fun. I could use some fun right now!"
"Hey, Annie, when's the baby going to be born?" Leo asked. Zoe kicked.
"Don't call me Annie," I growled, and pulled out my knife that Sadie Kane somehow gave me.
"Sorry Wise Woman," Leo said "Old Western Wise Woman."
"Shut up!" I yelled "and to answer your question, about two weeks!"
"Congratulations," Frank said smiling "Hazel here doesn't want four kids."
"I didn't want three kids," Hazel answered giggling "Frank here wanted a third kid!"
"Fai," Leo teased "how many babies do you want this woman to give birth to?"
"One more," Frank responded. Hazel managed a smile.
"In your dreams, Frank," Hazel said, and kissed him.
"Mom?" Charlie asked "are you guys going to the bar?"
"I don't know," I shrugged. "Hazel, Frank, Leo?" They looked at me "want to go to the bar?"
"Sure," Hazel said "but who's going to take care of the kids?"
"Why am I here peeps?" Leo showed off his muscles he didn't have "I'll take care of em!" I nodded, and Frank grabbed Hazel's hand. I smiled at the thought of being married, but I shook my head. I would never ever, ever, ever get remarried. Nobody can replace Seaweed Brain. My smile faded as I followed.
WELCOME TO MANHATTAN BEACH BAR!
A sign read. We weren't by a beach, so I smiled. Hazel laughed, and Frank held his wife closer. We walked in, and Piper and Jason where watching a football game. It was Giants VS Titans. (lol see what I did three?) Jason waved when he saw us. Piper looked in our direction, and mentioned to go there. We did.
"Hey guys!" Jason smiled. "Where's Perc?"
"We don't know," Frank said, lacing his fingers threw Hazel's hair.
"Annabeth hasn't told us," Hazel sighed. "I would like to know."
"Fine!" I scream "He DIED!" The people stopped talking and stared at me, and started watching football again.
"Really?" Jason stared "Did he die of sickness?"
"No, he sacrificed himself like Thalia," I said, tears racing down my cheeks "but, Percy simply died. He didn't turn into a tree, didn't turn into anything. His last words where: if it's a boy, name him Percy. Remember me.' He defeated the monsters. Yet died, and he's pretty unlucky. It's a girl." I choked back a sob, just like the other ladies. Tears flew down Jason's cheek, and Frank cried.
"I'm so sorry," I said, and Hazel shook her head. "It's not your fault," She hugged me "Lets go get the kids, they ought to be hungry."
