"Monday,"I thought to myself as I walked home from school,"Jordan's coming home Monday."I shivered slightly and pulled my jacket around my shoulders.(Alabama weather is unpredictable.) I didn't want to walk home by myself,but Alex had some sports meeting to go to.I really didn't want to spend more time than necessary at school,so I told him I'd walk.I looked around and noticed that it had gotten darker than I had wanted it to be very quickly.Suddenly, I heard a rustling behind me and a voice say in my ear,"Why can't you just watch your back?"I felt someone grab my arm and twist it behind me.The last thing I remembered was screaming in pain and then I blacked out.
Jordan's P.O.V
It hurt me to know that Katie cut herself.I wanted her to be happy and she obviously wasn't.This just made me more determined to apologize to her.
