breathe."They quickly released me and laughed."I just wanted to tell you what I heard."Heather said."What did you hear?"I asked as we walked towards my locker."Well,"Heather replied,"I heard that Jordan's coming home Monday."I froze.Jordan's going home? Monday? That meant that he'd be back at school soon.What if he saw my scars?

pleaded,"I need to know."Samantha continued to look at the ground as she said,"She told me not to tell.It's betraying her trust."I felt my hands start to tremble as I said,"Please? What if it's something bad? What if-"I was interrupted by Samantha sighing and saying,"Fine.Katie's been cutting.I have no clue how long or how many times because she never told me.I guessed about the

cutting.That's the only time I've ever wanted to be wrong."
