Megaman X Unleashed Revised

Prologue: The Final Showdown?

A/N: This is a parody of Sonic Unleashed and somewhat of an AU rolled in one that popped up in my head not too long ago when I saw a picture of X with a were-form of his own and a few other ones of Sonic, Tails and Knuckles as X, Axl and Zero respectively and thought if I should or shouldn't do this but did it anyway. I've seen gameplay of the MMX games but I should have played either all or most, but never got the chance to own any of them. I know that in the games that there isn't seven of any object to give X a Super form like his Ultimate Armor as well as powers and abilities like Sonic, and no I hadn't read the crossover comics of Sonic and Mega Man/Megaman X interacting with each other in their universes but I've seen some screenshots. I'll put something akin to the Chaos Emeralds in Sonic's universe in this one called Feron Crystals and they'll have the same colors and functions as the Chaos Emeralds(yes there will be seven of them and no I'm not ripping off anything of Sonic so please don't attack me with torches and pitchforks, Sonic and Megaman fans! I love both Sonic and Megaman please don't hurt me!).

Also I'm keeping the continents the same since I can't find any names for them and anything with Gaia in its name is called Terra as terra, just like Gaia means Earth in Latin while Gaia is the Greek variant. Also note that this is set in an AU that X and co. will have personality traits from the Sonic characters but I'll try my damnedest to implement their actual ones to the story from the MMX series.

High in space hovering above the Earth's atmosphere was an airship fleet armed to the teeth with Mavericks and machines. Among the ships was an even bigger ship believed to be the space fortress housing none other than Sigma himself. Sigma was planning for the upteenth to take over the world and chuckled maniacally before a certain blue armored robot by the name of Megaman X appeared and began wrecking everything to get to the fortress.

"Damn you, X! Always interfering with my plans," he hissed before having the guns trained and ordering his fleet to fire at X.

It was supposed to be their final battle and it seemed that neither side was backing down. X began effortlessly ducking and dodging the hail of bullets and projectiles aimed his way then returned fire himself while running past the debris created in his wake. The Maverick saw this and decided to confront the Maverick Hunter himself inside a giant mech. He shot several times at the blue bot, who used his speed to dodge the gunfire much to Sigma's annoyance.

Having been fed up enough by X's presence, Sigma growled and pressed a button on his control panel which shot out a long robotic hand to reach and grab the blue hunter. X, seeing the hand dashed away as best he could through a corridor but unfortunately for him he was snatched away to face his archnemesis. Sigma smirked at him, having finally caught the constant thorn in his side. Unbeknownst to Sigma however X had already gathered the Feron Crystals and transformed into Ultimate Armor X before his very eyes.

The green eyed robot used his newfound powers to break himself free of the trap and dashed through the Reploid's mech(Sigma got out before it was destroyed), heavily damaging part of the space fleet before chasing the now fleeing Sigma to another fortress hidden among it. Sigma had fled inside a long corridor and shut all the doors via remote control to get away from his pursuer, but that was pretty much useless as X busted down the metallic doors until he came face to face with him once more. Sigma looked like a scared and trapped animal, fearing for his life then started pleading to X.

"X-X! I-I'm sorry! R-Really! L-look, go easy on me! I'll turn over a new leaf, I swear! Just give me a chance!"

X was surprised that Sigma of ALL people despite his past transgressions, would be showing remorse to his archnemesis but thought that maybe he should forgive him for once. Maybe, that would teach Sigma a lesson.
