Dream (Genji x Reader)

2 Training

you went to your room and laid on your bed playing some games from there.

An hour passed and you looked if the documents were there. They were and you looked trough them.

Genji Shimada

There was not much information, you didn't really mind, you worked with so many different people were you didn't have that much information about but it still worked so to you it didn't matter.

But he peaked your interest because he was a cyborg.

You waited until they would call you to meet him.

An hour later you got a call and stopped directly with gaming and went to were you needed to go.

You went in the training room to meet him. There was a cyborg talking to Reyes. They didn't even hear you coming in.

They turned to you Reyes greeted you and said "(y/n), this is Genji, Genji this is (y/n)" you greeted him.

You had your training clothes on. Black comfy pants and a hoodie of Blackwatch.

He looked at you, you could only see his eyes and hair. Red eyes and black raven hair.

"So Genji this is the person who I talked about, one of our finest assassins and trainers" Reyes said.
"Thank you Reyes" you said with a smile you "If he ever gives you an compliment remember it it's not fast that you get them" you said also.

"So we start directly?" you asked. Reyes nodded and said "Let us see what you two can do"

You went a little back and stood ready. You cracked your neck and was ready "you're ready?". He said "yeah". He looked angry at you.

Gabriel went to safety behind a glass window with Mercy. They said some stuff to each other and then watched you and Genji

You fought, you were able to get him on the ground. You had taken some blows not a lot and it didn't even hurt. He had taken a lot of blows and was actually in pain.

He looked at you surprised but said nothing. You had him against his neck in a grip he couldn't get out of and you let go when you knew the fight was over.

You still had your guard on because some of the people you fought against would attack again, but he didn't.
Reyes came back "Nicely done (Y/n), we didn't expect anything else" he smiled and looked at Genji.

Reyes said "(y/n) is going to help you train and you will go on missions together" You nodded and looked at Reyes.

Reyes said "(y/n), can you let him see the base?".

"Of course commander" you replied
You and Genji walked out the trainingsroom

"you're good" you said. He didn't answer but you actually didn't mind.

You let him see the whole base. You went to the lounge. Some blackwatch people were there.

"So this is the new recruit" A familiar voice said. You looked at were it came from and saw it was McCree.

"Hey McCree, this is Genji, Genji this is Jesse McCree a good friend of mine, maybe the only one actually" you said.
"Nice to meet you, Genji" McCree said. Genji answered as good as the same "Nice to meet you to"

"So you need to train him right" McCree asked. You nod. "So he's in our team?" he asked. "Yes" you answered
"So you're gone go back on missions?" he asked happy. "Probably" you answered him.

"That was the whole base" I said. Genji nodded and said "I'm going to go to my room then."

"ok so I see you tomorrow at 8 in the other training hall. We start training directly" you waited for an response. Genji just nodded.

Genji went to his room.

Jesse asked "So how did it go actually?"

You answered it was a little more difficult then normal. He is pretty good but needs to learn a lot".

"You take this very serious don't you?" he said.

"Yeah you answered after what happened..." you stopped didn't feel good to talk about. Nobody knew what just happened there, only you. It was just horror. You thought you couldn't talk about it, not yet. You were the only one who got out save with only a few injuries.

Jesse looked worried he knew it was hard for you. He knew what everybody knew.

"You want to go and get something to drink, darling?" he asked he knew you liked that.

"Yeah, that would be nice" you looked at him.

You two went to the bar to get something to drink. It was a little bar in the base itself, there wasn't many people and Jesse made some cocktails for you both. He was pretty good at that.

You two sat there for a while drinking. You got a little drunk. And Jesse needed to help you to get to you room.

He laid you down and you started to talk.

"It was my fault they died..." you said while some tear streamed down your face. "I could have saved them if I just went alone... and didn't let them go with me... I could have said no".
that was the only thing you said while crying and fell asleep because of the alcohol.

Jesse just hugged you in his arm until you fell asleep. Then he went to his room.

You get the nightmare again... You woke up a few hours later because of it. You hated it... You asked yourself 'Why did it happen? Why?'
and why did I live and they not... Why does everybody die around me. You held your head and cried yourself to sleep.
