Chapter 9:
Soul is running through the street looking for Maka. Kid is on a special mission not knowing what happen to Maka. Black*star and Tsubaki are on the other side of the city looking for Maka.
----------------- One hour earlier ---------------------
(In the Death Room)
“Hi-ya, everyone we need you guys to spilt up and find Maka before Kid gets back”, Lord Death said bouncing around the room.
“We’re on it, sir”, Tsubaki said running to the door with Black*star and Soul behind her.
“Tsubaki and I will go to the east side and Soul you go to the west side”, Black*star said grabbing Tsubaki’s hand.
“If you guys find her call me and I will be there quick”, Soul said stepping out the door to the school. They all walked down the steps to Soul’s bike.
“We meet here in 2 hours ok”, Tsubaki said.
“Yeah”, Soul yelled speeding away.
----------------- Current Time ---------------------
Soul’s Pov:
“Maka”, I yelled up and down the streets of the Death city. I was running for what seemed hours. After about ten minutes I heard my name called. I turned around to see a little girl running to me.
“How do you know my name little girl”, I said stopping.
“Some girl named Maka has been calling that name for like an hour or so”, she said looking up at me. “I thought I could help her by finding Soul and Kid.”
“So you know where Maka is”, I said bending down to see her eye to eye.
“I don’t know exactly but I know which house and what floor”, she said grabbing my hand and turning around. “This way Soul.”
She had been pulling my down for two blocks then we turned and went about another block before she pointed to a red apartment.
“She is on the fourth floor”, she said turning around.
“Where are you going”, I said pushing the elevator button.
“I’m going to look for Kid. I made her promise”, she said running out the door.
After she left the elevator came down and I pressed 4. I then pulled out phone and texted Black*star the address and told him to meet me on the 4th floor. He text k be there in ten min. When I got to the floor I heard Maka screaming my name.
“Maka I’m here”, I said running up to the door that I heard her scream from.
“Someone finally found me”, Maka said on the other side of the door. “Thank you Lizzy.”
“Back up Maka I am going to break the door down”, I said about to back up.
“No you can I hear her coming. You need to go get Kid and Black*star”, she said. “But you need to hurry she is going to take my soul.
“Ok Black*star should be here any minute now”, I said turning around to see Tsubaki come up.
“We’re here Maka don’t worry”, Tsubaki said walking up to Soul.
“AND THE MIGHTY BLACK*STAR IS HERE MAKA”, Black*star yelling at the door.
“How did you get to the door”, I heard someone said from the other side.
“HELP”, we heard Maka yell from the other side.
“We’re coming Maka”, Black*star said kicking the door down. We saw Maka in chains with a witch hold her neck up. The witch whispered something to Maka and the chains disappeared but Maka fell. She looked like she was asleep.
“Maka”, I said sliding to catch her. “Maka wake up”, I said shaking her a little.
“It no use her soul is slowly breaking down and it will be mine. It’s a slow proses but it will be worth it”, the witch said disappearing.
“Damn it”, Black*star said punching the wall.
“Let’s get Maka to Stein so he came see what wrong with her”, Tsubaki said touching my shoulder.
I picked Maka up and Tsubaki called Stein. When we were in the elevator Kid called Black*star. He sounded happy. He said he couldn’t wait to see Maka’s beautiful face. When we got down to the main floor Stein ran in and grabbed Maka from me.
Tsubaki turned me around and hugged me. Black*star was depressed about Maka and sat next to her in the car with me. Tsubaki rode in front with Stein. I really hope Maka will be ok I thought holding her hand.
