Chapter 5:
Kid walks out of the death room in tears. Tsubaki and Blackstar leave Maka’s room to let her rest. Soul finds a special gift for Maka. Kid is at the door way of Maka’s room.
Kid’s POV:
“Hey Maka”, I said walking in to the room. “What happened to the door”, I said looking at her.
“Black*star is what happened”, she said looking at me with those big green eyes of hers.
“So Black*star came to see you today”, I said pulling up a chair next to the bed.
“Yeah. Tsubaki stopped by too. Liz and Patty were here like 10 minutes ago”, she said sitting up.
“Soul, been by”, I asked giving her some chocolate and rose picked out for her.
“No and thank you Kid. The chocolate taste great”, she said putting a piece of chocolate in her mouth.
“You’re welcome Maka”, I said looking her in the eyes. I stood up and got close to her face and kissed her on her sweet lips.
“Thank you for that”, she said looking up.
“I have to tell you something”, I said look at Maka.
“What is it”, she said looking at me.
“I really lo-“, I was cut off by Soul walking in the room.
“I tell you later Maka”, I said grabbing my coat and leaving. Great timing Soul I said to myself.
Soul’s POV:
“Hey Maka. I need to talk to you”, I said walking in the room. Kid stands up and leaves. “What was that about”, I said looking at Maka.
Maka blushes and said, “Nothing soul.”
“Ok. I got something for you”, I said giving her the bag.
“Wow The Fault in our Stars this is great Soul. Thank you”, Maka said giving me a big hug.
“Well I heard it was a good book so when I found it I thought it would cheer you up”, I said with a smile on my face.
“Well thank you Soul”, she said starting to open the book.
“Wait, Maka I need to tell you something”, I said closing the book again.
“I am going after the witch that hurt you with Black*star and Tsubaki. I will get the antidote to save you”, I said standing up and walked to the door.
“Soul don’t not without me”, she said standing out of bed.
“No Maka get back into bed”, I said when she stood up.
“No I am going with you”, she said grabing her clothes and walking to me. She almost made it to me when she fell.
“Maka”, said me and Stein at the same time. He had walk in just before she clasped. We both ran up to Maka and we put in to bed. She hit her head so she was knocked out.
“Ready to go Soul”, Black*star said standing at the door way. Tsubaki came in and put flowers next to Maka’s bed. She moved some hair that was in Maka’s face and whispered something.
“Let‘s go”, I said grabbing Tsubaki and running out the door.
“I love you, Maka”, I said as I ran out to my bike.
Tsubaki’s POV:
“Kid is coming Maka”, I said as I whispered to Maka.
“Let’s go”, said Soul and he grabbed my arm and ran out the door. He loves you Maka, Kid loves you Maka I said in my head. There was a note with the flowers from kid.
“I hope she reads it”, I said to Black*star.
“She will”, he said smiling back at me.
Black*star’s POV:
“So what’s the plan, Soul”, I said looking at Soul.
“Well Lord Death said that we should go to the same place at midnight when the witch returns”, Soul said looking at his watch. “We have 4 hours till we have to go so let’s get some rest and something to eat”, he said as he jumped on his bike. “We’ll meet here at 11:45. Ok”, he said riding off.
“Ok Tsubaki let’s get something to eat”, I said holding her hand. I leaned in and kissed her and we walked off holding hands. Ilove you Tsubaki I said in my mind.
Maka’s POV
This book Soul got me is a great book. Kid walk in as I was in the middle of chapter 4. Kid told me about the plan Soul and Black*star are doing with the witch. I hope Soul and Black*star will be safe.
Black*star and Tsubaki still holding hands walked to Death Café. Soul takes a nap at the house. Kid is talking to Maka about Soul’s plan and about him going to help. Stein talk to Sprit and Lord Death.
