Chp 2 ~ The Date

♥️ Lia's POV ♥️

I took my towel and dried my hair, I had just token a shower and I decided to let my hair dry by itself.

I sat in our little table in our little kitchen, and grabbed a bowl of yogurt topped with some granola.

I grabbed my homework and began to get it done by 7:30.

While I did my homework I tought about Matt. I loved how he came and introduced himself earlier.

Matt was a bad boy, and I was a good girl. Is this even okay?

My thoughts were interrupted by Elena walking in to the apartment.

"Hey!" she screamed as she gave me a hug and threw her bag on the sofa.

"Ew your hair is wet." she let go.

"Yeah." I giggled.

"So how was school today?" she sang as she grabbed herself some grapes.

"It was good, specially on my way to the car." I blushed and looked down at my homework.

"Hmm why? because I didn't go with you?" she took a grape an threw it at me.

"No, something else." I mumbled.

"Ooh, what is something else, a guy?!" Elena screeched as she sat in the chair next to me.

"Well..."

"Come on Lia, tell me!"

"Fine, it was a guy."

"Oooh, Lia has a crush!!" she teased me and punched my arm.

"Shut up." I made a mad face.

"Come on, what's his name?"

"That's the thing, his name is Matthew, but he goes by Matt." I looked at the floor.

"Matt Hunter?!?" she got up and looked angry.

"I think, I don't know his last name. Why does it surprise you?" I looked up at her.

"Is he tall, with light brown hair?" Elena asked worried.

"Yeah he is."

"You can't have a crush on him Lia, he's no good. He's trouble." she sat back down.

"Why? what's so bad about him?" I pulled my legs up to my knees.

"Lia, you can't be around him okay, he will just use you. That's what he does to other girls. He sleeps with lots of girls." Elena had a 'don't fall for him' look on her face.

"How are you so sure, you don't know him." I started to get angry.

"I do, everyone does. He may be attractive, but he's bad for you. I don't want you to be around him okay? I say this because I care about you!"

"No, you can't keep me from being around him okay? You don't really know him. Stop judging. I will get to know him if I want, and I won't do what you say. got that?!" I got up, grabbed my stuff and locked my self in my room.

Me and Elena mostly never fight, but this time she got me very mad. Just when I meet a guy, she tries to get me away from him?

That's just wrong, I grabbed my big brothers sweater and put it on. It still kinda smelled like him. I loved him so much. I layed in my bed and cried.

Oh how I miss my brother. He was protective of me, he was everything to me.

After a while of crying about him, I grabbed my laptop and began to watch a movie on netflix.
