The sun had long ago receded past the horizon, leaving the moon in it's place. Feeling sleep wasn't an option, you knew this was going to be a late night for you. While often stumbling and tripping throughout real life conversations, it seemed easier to talk to others through the screen. Texting or even video chatting, all of it became easier through anonymity. No one knew who you were, where you were or what you were going through. You opened up some random video chatting app, you often bounced between many different ones. The most common type of people that could be found were old men that wanted nothing more than... well, something you weren't offering just yet. You clicked 'next' time after time and were about to give up, until one person caught your eye. They hadn't spoken, and their screen was pitch black. You tried to get the conversation going, for the first time in a while you felt nervous, "Hello?" The person's only response was, "Hi..", this was going to be difficult. But, you had picked up some clues about him already. He had a deeper voice, so most likely male. "What's your name?" He asked louder this time. You let out a small gasp that was soon replaced with a giddy smile, forgetting his eyes were most likely on you. He had the most amazing thick and husky accent that painted him out to be overall very attractive. "Where are you from?" You asked him. "Oh, I'm assuming you've heard my accent by now. I'm from Norway, but I'm currently staying in [Country Name]," He replied, you could hear the smirk on his words. "What about you?" You replied dismissively, "Just from [country name], born and raised." He began to guide the conversation, "Now, back to your name. I don't believe I caught it?" You smiled and laughed, "That's because I didn't throw it. My name is [Your Name]." You heard him laughing a little bit as well, his laugh as smooth as honey. "[Your Name]?" He repeated, "Well, I guess it's only fair I tell you mine. My name is Tord." You had fallen silent, but his name was just as mysterious and intriguing as the rest of him, and you wanted more. You had smiled upon hearing his name, and forgot that he could see you. "You're beautiful," He chuckled, so quietly that you could barely hear him and were unsure of what he said. "Want me to turn on my camera, too?"  You nodded, and shuffling was heard on his side, before his camera turned on. He was someone your age, with caramel hair that formed two peaks in the front, they reminded you of devil horns. "So." You said, smiling. "So." He repeated, a smile also gracing his features, though his was more of an attractive smirk and yours was a goofy grin. You two talked for a few hours, finding you had some things in common and other things you differed on. It was getting late and you both had to go, so you said your goodbyes with a heavy heart and turned your computer off. You laid down in your bed, already missing his voice.

The next morning you awoke to a knock. You jumped up and combed through your hair quickly and attempted to smooth the wrinkles on your shirt. You opened the door and greeted whoever was there, "Hello- TORD!?" Your jaw dropped, "What are you doing here. "Well, I tracked your location, and I was nearby, so I decided to stop by. I didn't have another way to contact you." You smiled, "You are so creepy." He smirked and asked, "In a good way?" You hadn't noticed, but the distance between the two of you had grown quite smaller. "In the best way." You replied, both of you stepping even closer to the other. He put his hand on your shoulder, which then creeped up to your cheek. He leaned in, and you could feel his breath on your cheeks. "Mind if I kiss you?" He asked, his voice quiet and his accent strong. You shivered under his touch, but nodded. The two of your lips connected, and you rose up on your tip toes. His hands snaked their way around your waist, and your arms wrapped around his neck. You both broke apart for air, but remained in this position. He wore his now trademarked smirk and you just smiled. He kissed your forehead and looked down at you. "I just hope you're single." He said. You smiled, "I am." He leaned even closer to you, "Not anymore." He kissed you again passionately, and you were the happiest you had been in a while.

AUTHOR'S NOTE:
Okay, so shoot me. I've been sick for 4 days now and felt like revisiting this. This still isn't my best work, but I feel like it's better than the original. I keep saying I'm going to write more stories, but I'm lazy and out of ideas lmao

Anyway peace out you gays
