You are worth every bit as much as any other human being out there, regardless of gender, sexuality, stature or appearance. Some people are not human beings, those people are the real monsters.
Do not let anyone, whether you know them or not, ever speak to you in a manner that puts you below them, causes you to feel worthless or degrade you in any manner even close to that.
Whoever you are, you are worth it. Whever you are, you are just as important as the person standing next to you. The monsters only get as far as you allow them to. Stand up and shut them up.
Practice the process of Equal Return in all things. If you would not do it to them, accept nothing less than the same from them. People do not have the right to expect less than that from you. Put up with nothing.
Put in work to defy all pre-concieved notions of what expectations require. Rise and stand above them. There is no law limiting you on who you can be. Transcend the base human condition. You do not owe anyone the sacrifice of who you are.
Everyone has a right to a different opinion. No one has a right to attack you for yours. You have a right not to put up with it.
