Chapter 15~ Lost Coin

Detective Slade or John's POV◇

I was inside the house looking at the blood stained wall.

Of course I had a bad flash back of when Susan died. I was introduced to some new Detectives. One of them being Emily's Nana.

Nana-"Hello John, we meet again." She said crossing her arms and looking at the wall.

"I suspect you have some results?"

Nana-"I can give you what I want. Because when I find him, it will be the last thing I do to help you."

"Why are you so stubborn?"

Nana-"Why are you so ignorant?"

"I'm not, but you still haven't told Emily about your *Secret Job*"

Nana-"And I don't have to. I'll tell her when she is ready.

"And when is that?"

Nana-"None of your business." She said with a fake smile on her face.

Nana-"Guessing by what Mrs.Glazzer said I'm sure he's a professional magician."

"No kidding. " Raven said coming inside the room.

"What are you doing here?" Me and Anna said.

Raven-"Come on Nana, your secret was pretty obvious...."

"It. Was?" Me and Anna said at the same time.

"Why would you stay with a drunk man at your house who is sure to wake up. The next day he isn't at the house. I asked myself why you didn't kill him sooner?"

Anna turned to me.

Nana-"You told him, didn't you."

"I wouldn't blow your cover."

Nana-"You're an ass-"

"Don't say it. I already know." I said as I bent over to pick up a badge.

"Nurse Everbee?"I asked.

Anna took it away from me.

Nana-"What was a nurse doing in here? This is a private area...... Right?"

"It should be." I said unsure.

"Are you a Nurse Raven?"I asked.

Raven-"Um, no."

Nana-"Then who the hell is this?" She showed Raven the badge.

Raven-"The hell.... Is someone pretending to be me?"

Nana-"Maybe."

"Let's go check this out."

Emily's POV◇

I heard everything. I was outside the room with Sebastion the whole time.

Sebastion-"Let's go."

We ran down the stairs and saw a whole bunch of people taking pictures and notes.

Sebastion and I waited outside. We saw Raven, John and Nana come out.

I walked up to her.

Nana-"Emily, are you okay?"

How could she be so fake.

I closed me fist and took a deep breath.

"When did you plan on telling me?"

Nana-"Telling you what?"

Is she blind?!

"Really, I KNOW. I know everything Nana. You're a freaking Detective! And You KILLED MY FATHER! That is something you should've told me."
