I finished my dinner and head to shower when i remembered about Adam. I walk to my room and check my phone. I feel it vibrate uncontrollably and notice he started to spam me. Its a good thing I got my phone within the first 10 spam messages of saying '??' before he could continue. 'Dude, cant i eat dinner and shower without you spaming me?' I text him back and start grabbing some clothes to shower. I get another vibration and I check my phone. 'Sorry, I guess I was just lonely lol. Didn't mean to annoy you.' he replied and set my phone down on my bed. I was half way out the door before he sent another message.
"Eh, I'll see it later." I tell myself. I walk to the bathroom and take a good shower. The shower always help me think. No one to judge me for what I do, because its just me and a warm shower. I put my head against the shower as the warm water pours from the shower head and the steam fills the room. I start to think about the little things about Adam I already know. He always sits at the back of the room, and wears that stupid jacket all the time. In the halls he always looks so shy but with friends hes just a sweet bundle of fuzz. Its almost sickening how innocent he looks like. I put up a fist and tighten my grip, I hit the wall two or three times before the steam calms my nerves and I stop. Sorry, sometimes I just don't know how to deal with how I feel so I usually use violence.
I go back to thinking how he is in class. Hes in like 50% of my classes, I did a few assignments before with him to. Now that I think about it, whenever we did something together he would be all nervous. Wow I'm really stupid, it was obvious he liked me, I only thought he was a weird kid at the time. I move my hair off my face and stop the water running from the shower head and grab a towel. I hear my mom knock on the door,"You ok in there? You know it terrifies me when you punch the shower like that. If you break it your paying for it!" She says and I hear her leave the door way.
I nod to myself and dry my hair as i get out the shower. I put on my clothes and walk back to my room. I pick up my phone, theres a few messages from Adam and Gilbert. I click on Gilbert's first, 'Ok Sammy, before you say no. Adam is a really great guy. Hes really nice and cutesy might not be your type but trust me his smile will make you happy for DAYS. He really likes you and if you just get to know him, maybe you will to. I know your not "gay" or whatever excuse you have. But gender shouldn't matter anyway. Its love man, its loooovvveeee.'
I sit down on bed, with this message Adam probably asked me out. I prepare my lines of rejection and open up Adams messages.

'Just out with my doggo! Are you still busy?' I blush in embarrassment. Of course he wouldn't ask me out, hes to fuckin innocent. I sigh and fall on my bed, "Well, i guess it wouldn't hurt to get to know him at least." I tell myself and feel my hands type a message to Adam. 'Nah im not busy bb' I stop myself from sending it and backspace out the 'bb' part. I only call my friends that to mess with them. He, doesn't deserve that kind of play in his heart, I laugh slightly at myself. I send it and he gives an immediate response.
Adam: Wyd?
Sam: Just laying down, being a bored son of a bish, wbu?
Adam: Ha, same my dude.
Adam: You got those notes from yesterday?
Sam: Yeah brb
