Triangle Chapter Eight

Jungkook is to aware of Jimin not to notice something is wrong. He lets the older embrace him as he returns the affection, but he can't resist pulling away.  He needs to make sure Jimin is okay.

"What's wrong?" The younger asks, concerned.

How Jimin wishes he could answer that. He looks up at the younger. It's amazing how much he loves him. And how just being in his arms makes everything feel better.

"Nothing much, I'm just frustrated." Jimin answers some what honestly.

"About?" He inquires.

The simple word causes all his worries to float to the forefront of his mind. 'About being put in a situation I don't understand.  Being sexually harassed by and idiot who thinks I like him. Being a disappointment to my brother who thinks I cheated on you. I'm frustrated about a lot of stuff.  None of which I can tell you without hurting you. Which is the last thing I would ever want to do.' He thought, but choses to say none of it.  He didn't want to be dishonest but he couldn't tell the truth.  So he decided to do neither.

"Can we change the subject?" Jimin asks.

"If you don't want to talk about it I understand." The younger says, not wanting to push the subject.

"Kookie?"

"Yes?"

"Stay close to me."

"Hyung, I always stay close to you."

"Why."

"Because you like it."

Jimin hugs him even harder. "Remember that."

The week flies by with no more incidents and before they knew it, the boys are back on their way to Korea. Jimin had little to no interactions with Kaleb and when he did, he made sure to be close to Jungkook.

They finally have a day off in their schedule. Jungkook and Jimin decide to talk about how they want to spend it.

"What do you wanna do today?" The younger ask.

"Just hang out with you." Jimin says.

"Doing what?"

"How about we read for a little while. I'm excited to read the book you gave to me and I want you to read the book I got for you!"

"Not very exciting, but okay we can do that. Then what?" The younger asks.

"I don't know.  Watch a movie and order some chicken?  I just wanna relax. I don't really want to go anywhere." Jimin says, stretching. Looking like a cat with his hands and feet extending out.  He stands up, looking down at the younger.

"Let's do it!" Jungkook says, excited to have alone time with Jimin.

Jimin leaves Jungkook lounging on the bed as he goes to clean himself up and heads to the kitchen to make breakfast.  Jin is already in the kitchen getting things started.

Jimin walks over to Jin to talk.

"What are you making? It smells good."

"I made some fried eggs with kimchi. Rice and fresh fruit." Jin says.

"What about coffee?"

"I made a fresh pot earlier. The cups are on the counter."

Jimin makes his way over to the coffee pot pouring himself and the younger a cup.
