Tulip is one of my ollllld characters from a comic i tried making, don't ask you'll never see it-

but i redesigned her

and i went back and found a old file of when i tried to redraw her and then gave up, so i finished it, its not that good but here ya go

And the reason this chapter is called ''hues'' is because i messed around with em for a lil bit and made two different versions of this
