"what do you mean you remember? remember what night?" i asked zach, extremely confused.

"i remembered the night we got drunk, dummy!" zach rolled his eyes.

"tell me what happened," i sat up more and faced towards him. we were face to face now.

"um, well," he blushed profusely for some reason, "we went to the bar, i had my first drink with your convincing, we danced, got married, um, and we, uh, kind of sort of, did it," he mumbled the last part.

"did what?" i couldn't understand what he had said.

he coughed uncomfortably, averting his gaze from mine, "we had sex."

my eyes widened, but surprisingly, i wasn't mad. the room suddenly got uncomfortable.

we sat in silence, processing the whole situation until i broke the deafening silence, "what do you mean you had your first drink?"

zach sighed, "i knew this was coming. i told you guys i had already had my first drink because i didn't want to be forced into something i didn't want to do, you know? so i just lied about it, which is still bad."

i shrugged, "well, you'll probably never drink again after this whole incident."

zach slightly laughed and nodded along, agreeing.

it was 2:34 pm now. zach and i were dresses and heading to the same divorcement building that we were at the day before.

and, the same place where the paparazzi and fans figured out what was going on.

i still haven't gotten a call from my mom yet, i wonder what she's thinking right now.

anyway, zach and i were anything but uncomfortable with each other now; which is something that you would assume would not happen because it's kind of awkward hearing that you had sex with one of your best friends.

we were both sitting comfortably in the car that we had rented out, of course, i was driving though.

we didn't necessarily talk about the whole...having sex situation. it was awkward for a split second and then we were back to our old ways.

i wonder how he feels about it.

i began to wonder off into this little thought bubble. i forgot about all of my surroundings until zach yelled at me.

"jack! watch out!"

i swerved around this car that was heading straight towards us, damn. that was a close one.

i pulled over into this parking lot to see if everything was okay. we didn't hit anything, but i could tell zach was a bit shaken up.

"zach?" i shook his shoulder. i tried to get him out of this trance, but he wouldn't budge, "hey, buddy. zach?"

he finally came back to his senses, taking a deep breath, "are you okay?" he instantly asked me.

my heart swelled in adoration for the younger boy. my face burned up just a tad bit at the thought of him thinking about my wellbeing before his own.

"i'm more than okay," i rubbed his shoulder soothingly, seeing as he was shaking the slightest bit, "are you alright? you seem pretty shaken up."

"i'll be okay. that car just came out of no where," zach stared off at the road in front of him.

"alright, well, we better get going. i'd rather not be late to our first meeting with him," i said. zach agreed.

when we got to the divorcement building, we did our best to hide our faces with our hoodies and sunglasses.

knowing we were in the clear, we took off our hoods and sunglasses and made our way to the office where we would be getting divorced.

"ahh, hello boys! how are you today?" tyler turned around in his desk chair to face us.

"we're good, how are you?" i answered for the both of us.

"i'm splendid, have a seat! we should talk about the plan before we take it into action," tyler waved his hands towards the chairs in front of us.

we both sat down hesitantly. i didn't know why he was being all giddy today. yesterday he seemed annoyed with everyone and anything, which is honestly how i feel 99% of the time.

"alright boys, so. i wanted to talk about how i was planning on divorcing the two of you," tyler leaned over his desk with his hands folded together.

zach and i nodded at the same time, signaling him to continue. he kept going, "but as you know, it'll be an even longer process since we have to do it the longer and harder way. are you guys okay with that?"

"we're more than okay with that," zach nodded eagerly. i nodded along with him.

"great!" tyler smiled enthusiastically, "so, the first thing i need to know is where the hell you got married."

"um, i think it was called the Grand Church?" i said looking over at zach to confirm it. zach nodded to confirm my statement.

"really? why the hell did you guys pick that church?" tyler's big smile went away.

"we were drunk," zach coldly stated.

"whatever," tyler sighed, "well, that's really all i needed to know right now. come back in a week or two to see how much progress we've made, goodbye!"

zach and i both left the office with our hoods on our heads and sunglasses on our eyes.

"i swear, every time we see him he gets ten times more annoying," zach rolled his eyes.

i laughed and agreed with him.
