Namjoon woke me up because the guards gave us food— without water. We've been sailing since they've kidnapped me yesterday afternoon. It's morning so 12 hours have passed and we would be around the earth kingdom right about now. I ate my rice with Namjoon and talked about the princes of the fire nation.
"The Queen actually came to us to offer one of her sons. I wasn't interested because of who their mother was." I said and I heard clicking footsteps coming toward our cell. Before I knew it it was Prince Taehyung himself with his hands behind his back.
"You should've taken up her offer." He crosses his arms.
"I'd rather be burned alive." I showed him my burned wrist from yesterday. "I would like some water to heal myself."
"Water?" He tilts his head and takes out one hand showing an open water bottle. He drinks it and I set my bowl down. "How long can you last without it?"
I squint my eyes at him in disbelief, "I'm not a fish."
"Oh. Well can you show me a trick?"
"I'm not a dog either." I try to bend some water out but it fails.
"What was that?" He asks laughing. I got up and went up to the bars again so I could be in his face.
"Don't mock me."
"Get the water." I sigh and sat back down. "Oh my god— you can't bend can you? This is amazing, no wonder why my spy said you were and easy catch."
Taehyung leaves my sight and I push my food aside.
"Is that true?" Namjoon coos, rubbing my back. I nod. Another set of footsteps are heard and it was Hoseok.
"Here's the water." He threw it at my direction and I scramble to get it to heal my wrist. He turns around to the other cell and tilts his head at the two younger males. Hoseok then looks towards us again and watches me heal myself.
I bend the water slowly onto my wrist and breathed. I don't know how to actually water bend but healing is it's own separate power. The water glowed and in a couple of seconds the burns healed. I stop and the water falls, Hoseok leaves. I made ice for myself to crunch on to keep cool.
"That was so cool." Jimin days from across the cell. Namjoon and Jungkook agreed. I heat up and looked down from the compliment.
"Thank you." From the way Hoseok and Taehyung visited us I figured that we're near to being brought into their kingdom.
The sun has set and the ship stops. Guards came in and took us out. They put us all in metal caskets and took us to the castle. I was separated from my friends and was put into another cell by myself. It was cold. The Queen came to visit me and told me that I am not to be returned home.
"You've started a war." I tell her.
"Oh Prince, everybody's at war. I've taken over the air kingdom and currently earth. All I need is yours." She says and leaves.
I somehow fell asleep and woke up to the earth rumbling. Jungkook appears from the ground and tells me to follow him. I do as told and jump into the hole. Jimin was carrying a torch and Namjoon was just there.
"How did you escape?" I ask.
"I can metal bend." Jungkook smiles.
"Wow you're amazing." He closes the hole from where I escaped and we walked through the long tunnel.
"We're headed to a nearby underground town filled with rebels and soldiers. Some girl is here and claims to know you. Do you know Tozi?" Namjoon informs me.
"Tozi? Oh my god I can't wait to see her—"
"She said she only came to complete your thing, didn't say much. But she did say that she'll be leaving once it's done."
We end up at a wall and Jungkook bends it downward. Once we got out the tunnel he closed everything. Candles and lights were lit and I saw Tozi waving at me.
"Min! We have to hurry!" She says. I ran up to her. "Okay we'll do this quick and you'll save the North Sea. Drink up."
She gave me a cup of water and I drank it.
"Dawy genun poi nos laver saque univo tu a aura irez callech hoi mas madie?" (Put your hand up and swear that you'll keep us and the animals a secret?). I put my hand up.
"J'ai aura irez callech hoi mas madie." (I swear that I will keep you and the animals a secret). She nods and tells me that I can now bend. That was surprisingly easy.
"I know people that know other people that know people so that's how I found you here. In case you were wondering." She says.
An earth bender leads her away. She wishes me luck and that I better visit once every six months.
